08/09/2026: Avoid at all costs!!! The setting is idyllic, but the staff are incredibly unpleasant!!! Rude and arrogant!!! Horribly rude!!!! Very disappointed

27/08/2026: BAR A E AVOID Upon arriving at the bar after a long hike with the teenagers, we were running out of water. We politely asked if we could refill some water bottles, as the kids were thirsty. We were rudely dismissed. The owner is very unpleasant and lacks civility and professionalism. I find this very inappropriate and regrettable. I absolutely do not recommend this bar unless you are as unpleasant as the owner!

06/09/2026: The place is dirty and lacks class and safety standards. People in dirty Converse sneakers mingle with drug addicts and lowlifes... definitely avoid it.

12/08/2026: The worst nightclub in Tours! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! The music is awful. The waiters are infuriatingly slow! Not to mention the toilets, which are disgusting! If I could, I'd give it zero stars! There are plenty of better and cheaper nightclubs in Tours, and you'd be very welcome.

15/06/2026: I'm a regular at this place for their dark chocolate succès, which I love whenever I'm back in Lyon... but that's over! I bought two on Friday afternoon, so nearly €14 worth! I kept them cold for transport (as I always do): cooler, ice pack, and fridge. It's Monday, and I was looking forward to biting into my succès... What a disappointment, what a waste! Straight to the bin because of mold! I've never had this problem in all the time I've been transporting them, even when eating them more than 7 days later.

30/04/2026: Excuse me, but the brioche was terribly bland and dry. Nothing tempting or flavorful about it, despite appearances. Disappointed. The staff were friendly.

02/09/2026: As someone in the industry, I've never seen such appalling service. No hello, no thank you, not even a smile. It was like we were bothering her. I've never seen anything like it; it's unacceptable. I strongly advise against going there.

22/04/2026: Hello During my visit to your restaurant, I asked for information about the ingredients in the dishes, having noticed a suspicious odor. In response to my request, the waitress treated me disrespectfully and asked me to leave the establishment. This behavior is unacceptable. As a customer, I have the right to be informed about the composition of the dishes I am served, particularly for food safety reasons. Restaurant managers have no respect for their customers.

16/04/2026: I went to ask a very grumpy man for a card; he didn't even say hello. He curtly told me to avoid him and go to a neighborhood near La Défense. He doesn't even deserve your money.

25/09/2026: Once again, we're being ripped off!!! I paid an extra €1.25 for the current mini manga, and of course I didn't get it! I'm fed up with these oversights.

25/09/2026: First, a girl lies, saying it's packed when it's deserted. Two lines of tension. Don't go. The ice cream is disgusting and melted.

14/09/2026: Fine McDonald's, for a change the food was actually warm. You can also order upstairs and it gets brought to the table.

12/09/2026: It took far too long to be served. I ordered 20 minutes ago and still haven't been served.

01/08/2026: Terrible place. No air conditioning, no hot or cold water, and the blond waiter was rude. No chairs to sit down. No wonder it was empty when we arrived during the first heatwave. Even the sparkling water—they only had one liter bottle. Appalling, and I have absolutely no empathy for children. A complete zero. Not recommended at all.

27/06/2026: Appalling... avoid at all costs! I tried three times... The staff clearly didn't want to work. We had a table for six, and no one showed up after 20 minutes... The bar staff were on their phones... What a shame!

09/09/2026: The atmosphere is awful, the toilets are disgusting. Honestly, you wonder if they even clean. The atmosphere is terrible, it feels like a funeral. Service -10. The staff is very bitter and not at all friendly. The system isn't working properly either; the receipt doesn't even come out of the order tray. No more drinks because the machines are completely broken. No refund possible. In short, I'm never setting foot in this Quick again. Plus, it's very expensive for what it is. The churros aren't very good either; they taste like cooked pasta, and the burgers are completely flat.

21/07/2026: Very disappointing pizza: the toppings were almost nonexistent, the pizza was practically empty. The service was also deplorable. It's important to ensure better quality in the future. Next time I order, I'll open the box before paying to check the order. Furthermore, the pizza wasn't even cut, which has happened several times before.

13/07/2026: How can a pizzeria sell such disgusting products? Who runs this place? Aren't you ashamed to sell such rotten food to your customers? The pasta is the worst you can get; I've never eaten anything so bad at a pizzeria.

17/07/2026: I saw the bad reviews and thought, "No big deal, I'll try it," but I tasted it and it's really not good. Seriously, it's a crime to make us eat this! If you see my review, please don't even bother! 🆘

22/09/2025: Poor quality bike, and clearly not maintained! The chain keeps coming off and is so seized up that it even stops going downhill! Ride a few more kilometers and you'll find much better quality bikes for the same price!
