27/09/2026: We came to pick up our online order and were disappointed with everything... I'm still looking for the salad on the hamburger, my husband ordered a large order of fries, and we got the large package but only the amount of a small order. Luckily, we checked before leaving because the mini manga was missing, and we weren't the only ones. There were no napkins, and no usual ketchup or mayo.

25/09/2026: The hamburgers were barely lukewarm, and the ice cream was melting as soon as I picked up my tray. In short, not great, and expensive for what it is.

07/08/2026: At first, I was a little skeptical because I'd read some reviews on Google and wasn't quite sure what to expect. But in the end, I was pleasantly surprised! 😊 The team is really friendly, and when you take the time to chat with a smile, you discover very pleasant and professional people. Marianne is gorgeous with her smile 😍 Just a little piece of advice: keep up that positive energy and try to always keep smiling, even when some customers aren't particularly pleasant. It really changes the whole atmosphere and makes a huge difference. ❤️ In any case, keep up the good work! 🌸

07/09/2026: So, the woman at the counter, the only woman there, is about as friendly as a prison guard; she's downright unpleasant! Not a smile, and it's like she's bored! As for the food, it's okay overall, but twice now my giozas haven't been freshly prepared, they've been overheated, and the edges aren't crispy, they're hard. So, the two things combined don't exactly inspire a good opinion, and it's clear that if the woman had been more pleasant, I wouldn't have left this review. It just goes to show how important customer service is. I won't be going back just because of her.

28/07/2026: Good evening, Well, I think like many others, I got ripped off like a typical tourist. I wanted a good pizza for myself and my dad, €15 for a pizza, no problem, I'm ready to pay €20 if the quality is there. Attached is a photo of the "carbonara" pizza I bought. I only opened the box 5 minutes after picking it up. 🤮🤮 How embarrassing! 😨 (I also got a kebab pizza, it was as empty as my appetite while listening to the pizzas). Have a good evening and avoid this place ❤️❤️

01/09/2026: A very bad experience. The bakery seemed particularly dirty, and the hygiene was truly appalling. The waitress handled the products without gloves, with extremely long fingernails, which is frankly unsettling for a food business. And above all, nothing worked: supposedly the bread slicer was broken, then the cash register wasn't working… Each time, the wait became interminable. Several customers even ended up abandoning their purchases and leaving because the organization was so disastrous. A huge waste of time, disorganized service, and, above all, a serious hygiene problem in my opinion. For me, this is an establishment to avoid.

17/07/2026: Rude staff... Me and my friend visited this shop this morning and weren't greeted at all by the young cashier because we spoke English and we can't speak French. When ordering, it felt like the worker was irritated by everything. Before we could even ask to eat here instead of take away, she was wrapping it all up. She did not ask us if that's all after ordering something, so she forgot to add a cake. I reminded her kindly but I did not receive a nice reaction. The food was average and there are enough choices, so a two star is good for this place. The binn outside was full, and we didn't receive any cutlery for the cakes for example. Do not go here if you are a tourist expecting kindness/happiness back from others in the morning.

07/09/2026: It’s a trap. First, I accepted the price they had set on their head and decided to buy potato and caramel chicken to eat on the way home. But from the very first bite, I felt something hard that was definitely not chicken. I don’t know what kind of meat it was, but it was extremely hard and tasted like it had been sitting there for at least 6 months. Please avoid this place, especially if you eat halal. Even if you don’t eat halal, this is not good for your health. Honestly, I have never felt this disgusted by food in my life 🤢 God will judge you 🙂‍↕️ Update I get sick I’m really not ok imagine if I eat more bites

20/08/2026: DON'T GO THERE, I GOT FOOD POISONING. Worst taco I've ever had. I think the chef forgot to cook the meat because it was absolutely disgusting. The taco was soggy and lifeless, with no sauce whatsoever. Plus, he was getting angry at a customer who didn't speak French because he couldn't understand the menu. It's better to be hungry.

05/09/2026: Most of the vending machines are broken, the staff is not friendly, the floor and tables are not cleaning properly . The burger is super cold.

31/08/2026: Avoid this place at all costs! It's 6 AM and my son can't stop vomiting and has a stomach ache. This McDonald's is filthy!

30/05/2026: It's a disgrace. I give zero stars to the downtown McDonald's. It's a disaster. We ordered through Uber Eats. The first delivery driver canceled, which delayed the order. The second driver contacted us, saying he didn't have the order and that McDonald's had lost it. He told us we needed to request a refund on their website, which I tried to do, but to no avail. My husband had to go there and encountered a third driver who asked us to reorder, knowing my husband was there to pick it up. We told him the manager had made a mistake and deleted some orders from his till. Once we got home, we were shocked to find they'd forgotten half of our order. We even found a piece of plastic from the drink machine in my son's Coke—frankly, the hygiene is terrible... I strongly advise against going to the downtown McDonald's; avoid it at all costs. I want to clarify that despite the issue I had with Uber Eats, which was eventually resolved, McDonald's, on the other hand, failed to do its job properly... Especially considering I paid €47.47 for such a terrible experience. I kept the drink and plan to go back later to get a refund.

28/05/2026: Today at 10:30 PM I ordered delivery, it arrived at 11:15 PM. I ordered a beef mozzarella and instead received a CBO. Perhaps you should check the eyesight of your evening staff. Also, the small ranch wraps were not good at all; they were missing fried onions and the sauce was the CBO sauce. I know you hire disabled people and people who can't read, but I didn't know you hired blind people. This is a real low point for the McDonald's in Nevers; it's not great to begin with.

23/08/2026: What a disappointment! We bought a little bit of everything to try a wide range of what this restaurant offers, and we were extremely disappointed. The dishes had no flavor, worse, some were bad. We ordered many dishes: fish, shrimp, several different chicken dishes, spring rolls, gyoza, rice, noodles, vermicelli, tempura, shrimp salad, steamed dumplings, chicken skewers, and more, and honestly, nothing was good! I've rarely seen anything like it in an Asian takeout place. I wonder if there's water in the sauces. Even the shrimp salad dressing, which is very good elsewhere, has no taste at this takeout place. The containers are full of tasteless sauce, which significantly increases the price. The chicken is tough; I wonder if it's even chicken... The Peking soups are inedible; they're much too thick. They ended up in the trash, like some of the other dishes. It's a shame because the owner is friendly. In conclusion: a very high bill for tasteless food. We won't be going back.

20/07/2026: A complete disappointment. I ordered a bobun, which was very bland even with the sauce. The beef was barely cooked and poorly cut—too thick. The spring rolls were rubbery and lukewarm, inedible. My husband ordered a steamed dish and spring rolls, and they were the same. We asked for salad and mint for the spring rolls, but they didn't serve any! The waitress was unfriendly, and all the sauces were extra. Unacceptable, especially considering the noise they were making in the back kitchen. I've rarely eaten so badly at a Chinese takeout place, and I had stomach aches that afternoon. A hygiene inspection is probably in order. It's a shame there's no inspection of customer service, because in that case, they should be shut down immediately. AWFUL. On the other hand, we noticed they are very friendly with regular customers.

13/09/2026: A ridiculously small traditional baguette (220g instead of 250g), as well as ultra-miniature croissants and pain au chocolat. Only the PRICES are OUTRAGEOUS! As for the service, it's best not to even mention it! ZERO FOR THIS BAKERY!!

05/09/2026: A very nice bakery, but sometimes it's not good.

08/08/2026: Excellent location, a good menu selection, and the servers are very friendly, attentive, and quick to bring orders. We ate well, and it was good value for money. The children even received a free drink. We'll be back, because for a brasserie, it was even better than some other restaurants we've been to.
