08/10/2025: A very cozy little Portuguese corner, wonderful seasoning, and an unparalleled charcoal barbecue. In short, it was an incredible experience.

27/07/2025: Unacceptable! We ordered chickens at noon, and the man told us "from 12:30 onwards." We arrived at 1:00 PM, were made to wait 20 minutes, and then told we would only get one chicken out of two. He also said the second chicken had been sold before us because someone else had come in first. Our table of 10 people couldn't eat our chickens because, and I quote, "you should have come earlier." His employee gave us incorrect information, and it was our fault. Unacceptable! Honestly, the woman was incredibly rude to us, even though we only come every other week!

02/06/2026: It's always been very good. I've been going there for many years, always for takeout. This year, the quality has dropped dramatically. The tuna was gray/brown. I brought it back and they told me that's its normal color and that's how they bought it. Well, you guys are good at sourcing. I'm sorry, but I won't be back.

15/01/2026: I chose this hotel purely for convenience, because I didn't have a TGV train and it's right across from the station. I took the easy way out… and what a mistake. This establishment is absolutely not worth the price. Even €10 would be excessive. Upon entering the room, an unbearable stench of urine (you wonder what animal it is) hits you in the throat. The mattresses are dirty, the sheets are dirty, everything is dirty. Hygiene is clearly nonexistent. To top it all off: the reception staff rings the bell every ten minutes to get you out of the room, which is as unpleasant as it is incomprehensible. Frankly, I felt dirty after sleeping there. A very unpleasant experience that I absolutely do not recommend. Avoid at all costs.

15/09/2026: Not great. We hadn't checked the reviews and it was late (3 pm). The fries were edible but expensive. We should have paid more attention. Avoid it.

13/09/2026: Excellent homemade ice cream. It doesn't look like much, but the service is great.

13/09/2026: I went there at 8 PM today to order two pizzas to take away, with the second one half price. The hostess told me that offer was only valid on the app and left...! I absolutely do not recommend this place. The service was appalling and they have absolutely no customer service skills! I only came to order two pizzas! Very disappointed, I won't be going back. No response from the owner... it's the least they could do to ensure the customer is satisfied or not! I will therefore send my review to customer service at service.consommateurs@pizzahut.fr.

13/09/2026: I wonder if the incompetent employees at this pizzeria ever plan to take any lessons in politeness and courtesy, because the way I was spoken to was truly appalling. I want to single out the man who was serving, as he was incredibly rude. I had to wait ages to get my order, even though he clearly saw me. Then he was talking on his phone over the pizzas, spitting and talking—it was simply disgusting and completely put me off eating. As for the quality of the pizza, it frankly left much to be desired. With staff like that and such disappointing pizza, all I want to do is never come back! This is my first time and it will be my last; one star is already far too generous for you.

20/08/2026: Driving 20 minutes because I really wanted a Subway, only to arrive and find that the opening hours listed online don't match those of the store… Very disappointed.

25/07/2026: Thinking it was open because of the hours shown on Google Maps, we found ourselves in front of a closed door. There was no indication of opening hours on the storefront. After walking around, we returned to a handwritten note saying "open." What a disappointment! The woman who served us didn't seem to want to be there, offering only a sigh and barely a greeting, and no explanation of the ingredients. She even forgot to put on gloves when taking our order. I don't think that's acceptable.

24/08/2026: The food was very good, contrary to what some other reviews say; however, the North African staff were extremely rude and austere. I've never seen anything like it.

07/09/2026: It's a disgrace. We come to this Monoprix for lunch every day because we work downtown (let me tell you, we spend a lot of money!). And it's not the first time a so-called manager has had the nerve to kick us off the terrace because one of us didn't buy their main course at Monoprix. This manager, by the way, seems to have absolutely no business sense, no friendliness, and no respect whatsoever.

24/08/2026: I came for two Too Good To Go orders. No more baskets were available. The (friendly) staff called a manager who told them to prepare baskets with fresh produce because the mistake was theirs. However, the manager, acting in bad faith, told the staff not to give us the baskets they were preparing and said they couldn't change the pickup times. A few minutes after we left, the pickup times changed...

20/09/2026: On September 19th, we sat on the terrace to have drinks… when ordering, we had to change our order several times because they didn't have what we asked for, namely "Orangina, Pulco lemon, Picon beer, Martini, etc." The waiter's excuse was that we're a night bar… I don't see the connection. One thing is for sure: for the weekend of the ramparts festival, you have to plan ahead because you're bound to have a lot of people. As for the person who comes to take our payment, she is very unpleasant and rude. I strongly advise against going there.

05/09/2026: I recently had the privilege of experiencing a revolutionary gastronomic event: being refused a coffee in a nearly empty restaurant. The decor is charming, the atmosphere peaceful, probably because customers don't disturb the staff in their intense contemplative activity. An empty, unset table catches my eye. I think to myself that a little coffee would be perfect to enjoy the place. How audacious. At my request, a gentleman [manager, employee, philosopher, or guardian of the temple—the mystery remains] informs me with admirable conviction: "We don't serve coffee." An innovative concept. In a restaurant, serving food is already ambitious; serving coffee would undoubtedly be going too far. I could have been upset, but observing the situation, I understood. The establishment was facing an exceptional influx of customers. As the video shows, it had to simultaneously manage an empty table, several unoccupied chairs, and operational pressure akin to that of an international airport on a strike day. So I leave without a coffee, but enriched by a valuable lesson: some establishments don't aim to satisfy their customers, they aim to surprise them. Mission accomplished.

28/08/2026: Absolutely avoid!! After ordering, it started to rain, so we asked to sit inside. The tables were all empty, and they told us to stay outside because they didn't think it was raining. When asked for an explanation, they said, "Bye bye." While I'm not considered rude—it's never happened to me—and speaking excellent French, I think the "gentlemen" of the place are much better off doing other work, definitely not serving the public.

19/09/2026: Something is always missing from the order or delivery, which is unacceptable. The portions of fries or potatoes are tiny, and napkins are always missing—it's disappointing! Significant improvements need to be made.

19/09/2026: Avoid at all costs, and especially one person in particular, a so-called Eliott. I waited in line for 25 minutes without a single car moving.

01/07/2026: A €5.50 sandwich with stale, soggy bread like you'd get at a Relais H, and very mediocre ham. A scandal.

30/06/2026: Very friendly but terrible quality for an outrageous price. A standard sandwich for €5.50, with stale bread and meat that had gone too hot...

11/06/2026: The entrance is so awful you don't even want to go in. The security guard acts like a child. There's no way a business like this gets more than 4 stars if it hires employees at random.

06/03/2026: I give this place five stars only because of the barman in the black sweater. He made our day! We were glad he was talking with us in english so well. Not all places in Paris have staff that speak English.

19/05/2026: Almost 10 restaurants listed on Deliveroo for the same thing! Great tactic when you don't have good reviews or want to capitalize on new trends. I ordered smash burgers (yes, the restaurant was supposed to specialize in smash burgers) and it turned out to be this restaurant... not just any smash burger, but low-quality stuff... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
