01/09/2024: Le cadre sympathique, manque de “fait maison”, plusieurs plats pour un groupes de 5 personnes, les pâtes, pizzas, lasagne manque très clairement de qualité, les desserts sans parler de l’attente sont clairement à éviter!! Propreté côté cuisine discutable. Je ne conseille pas forcément.

10/09/2024: Locale gestito da italiani, tanti pianti italiani all'interno del menù. Abbiamo mangiato una buona pizza margherita, ho apprezzato soprattutto l'impasto, soffice e saporito. Anche la pasta non male, lo consiglio.

12/01/2025: Endroit discret. Peu de table, et même si le décor peut paraître minimaliste, l'important se passe dans l'assiette. Nous n'avons été déçu ni par l'accueil ni par la cuisine. tout était bon du début jusqu'à la fin. Merci à vous deux. Continuez ainsi et vous nous reverrez.

19/10/2024: L'accueil chaleureux et professionnel, dommage l'entrée un peu trop salée et les ris de veaux pas assez cuit un peu déçu quand même le restaurant assez exigu très peu de table. Le restaurant fait très vieillot et la déco aille aille !!!!

I can just add that this year we tested the effectiveness of the team when one of our family members was added, the team was incredible, prompt and attentive. 31/08/2024: Thanks to the entire Incantu diving team. I passed my level 1 diving there successfully without much experience. I was very well supervised by a very friendly and available team. Add to that the beauty of Galeria and its seabed, and the experience becomes magical! See you soon!

29/09/2025: We were welcomed on a terrace in a draft for lunch, without asking if we were okay with it. We were cold the entire meal. We didn't have a choice from the menu. The starter was served to us without even asking if we wanted to drink something. We ordered champagne anyway for the aperitif and for the meal, but it was served hot! Then the main course arrived cold. We had to send it back. The cutlery was not changed between the starter and the main course. For the cheese, one of the 3 pieces was only the rind. One of the armrests of the chair was broken. We were sitting in a corner in the middle of pigeon droppings. The knife had a broken handle... in short, an experience to avoid for the restaurant of a 5-star hotel. We laughed a little at the beginning but in the end the cup was full. We remained courteous to the staff but we were happy to leave... freezing!

28/09/2025: Once again at 1217, which we were eagerly awaiting, we enjoyed excellent dishes, even though we assume the chef has changed since we had been more impressed in the past, and always in an incredible setting. However, the service was mediocre, with young people with very little experience who had difficulty explaining the dishes to us properly, who cleared our plates at high speed even though some of them weren't even finished on the table. We even had a digestif removed even though it wasn't even finished! The sommelier was completely absent, all the glasses regularly empty, and we ended up helping ourselves by going to get the bottle. And what nerve, at 11:00 p.m. (arriving at 7:30 p.m.), when the table had already been paid for €1,400, we were informed that the restaurant was closing and urged to vacate the premises.

26/08/2024: Recommended by the restaurant Le Mansart closed this Monday evening, reservation via The Fork for this brasserie facing the town hall of Fontainebleau. Friendly welcome and brasserie dish on the menu. The herring and potato starter was perfect and then foie de vaux impeccably cooked. I recommend this brewery. AMEX card accepted.

21/08/2024: Very well garnished salad, the foie gras is excellent, the dessert was wonderful, very warm welcome, the prices are affordable

27/06/2024: Rats in the kitchen, cockroaches on the food, bits of bread eaten by mice. No hygiene, expired meat, oil and poor quality ingredients.

15/04/2024: Ultra fast service (I had a train in 20 minutes at the time of my order), the kebab meat very good not greasy, very honest portion of fries thank you I recommend

12/09/2024: Éperlan pas cuit et peu copieux, salade avec vinaigrette industrielle certainement premier prix puis pièce du boucher plein de nerf, et brandade de morue qui n était pas de la brandade juste des pommes terres cuites à l eau réchauffées et un ou deux fils de morue… et surtout très sec! A éviter vraiment surtout pur le prix !

11/09/2024: Bon accueil avec du personnel sympathique, les plats étaient plus que corrects (bien servis et bons). Le rapport qualité /prix est juste. Nous n’avons pas été déçus par notre pause déjeuner.
