30/01/2026: A snack break at Confiserie Clavel Serge. The place is clean and pleasant, the staff are friendly, and the service is quick—no complaints there. The selection is generous: waffles, ice cream, cookies, sweets… it's hard to resist. I had two waffles: very good, really, but served almost cold. Let's just say they were more like a memory than fresh from the waffle iron 😅 A shame, because they would have been perfect warm—and I definitely prefer them that way. Despite this minor temperature issue, it's a nice place for a sweet treat in Carpentras.

02/04/2026: First stay at the Novotel Nice Centre Vieux Nice and absolutely nothing to complain about! The hotel is right next to the Palais des Expositions for the RDV en France trade show, so it's really comfortable and convenient! The staff is very welcoming and professional; you immediately feel at home. The room was comfortable, and I absolutely loved the breakfast: varied, colorful, with international specialties and fresh exotic fruits—it was delicious! I will definitely be back on my next trip to the French Riviera. Thank you again!

30/03/2026: Technically, the hotel is good (although the rooms were sorely lacking fresh air—the windows don't open). The network quality is excellent. There's a small parking lot in front of the hotel, but they didn't charge for it. Location: If you're attending an exhibition or don't care, it's fine. If you want to be closer to reality, the location isn't ideal. You'll have to take a taxi or walk a half-hour every time.

08/02/2026: First experience at this restaurant for a birthday celebration this past Saturday, February 7th. A private room was available for the event, allowing us to fully enjoy the festivities. Refined cuisine. **** service. A special mention for Joaquim: excellent presentation, a warm smile, and friendly service. Thank you. Everything was perfect. Long live your restaurant!

27/03/2026: A wonderful experience! The ribs were excellent, the poutine was an interesting discovery, and the salmon tatin was good but nothing special. However, a special mention goes to the French toast!

24/03/2026: A very pleasant lunch with attentive service. Large prawns and salmon tartare, well-seasoned with herbs and peppercorns. Crêpes Suzette with a scoop of vanilla ice cream to finish. We will be back.

07/04/2026: We stopped at the restaurant without looking for it or knowing anything about it, and it was a great find. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and the place was lovely, with tables near the river. The interior was also very well-maintained and spotless; you can see part of the kitchen, and it was all impeccably clean. The service was good. If we're back in the area, we'll definitely be back!
