17/04/2026: We came in as a couple between noon and 2 pm for a quick bite, and we went with the "recommendations of the moment" between the escalope with Munster cheese and roasted baby potatoes, and the poutine with pulled chicken... WOW! We were expecting something decent but nothing special... But we absolutely loved it! The pulled chicken was excellent with the cheddar, etc., just the right amount. The chicken escalope was so tender... The cooking was perfect and absolutely flawless. A nice touch was the unsalted potatoes and fries, so you can add salt to your liking if you want (I didn't add any extra salt). We'll definitely be back, especially with the very reasonable price. And also, the whole team is friendly and welcoming! It's so refreshing ❤️ Thank you

29/03/2026: We had the pleasure of lunching at L’Envers du Décor in Saint-Émilion, and the experience was absolutely remarkable. Located in the heart of the historic village, this restaurant offers a warm and elegant atmosphere, perfectly in keeping with the unique charm of Saint-Émilion. The cuisine is refined, authentic, and flawlessly executed, showcasing magnificent seasonal produce. I chose the calf's liver, which was simply exquisite, perfectly prepared, and bursting with flavor. My wife opted for the fish of the day, which was also delicious and beautifully presented. Everything was accompanied by an excellent glass of local red wine, followed by a glass of champagne, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The wine list is outstanding, as one would expect in one of the most prestigious villages in the Bordeaux wine region, with some truly excellent selections from Saint-Émilion and the surrounding area. The service is particularly warm, attentive, and highly professional. We also greatly appreciated the very warm welcome extended to the Quebecers, which made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable. A must-visit in Saint-Émilion for enjoying excellent cuisine in a charming setting. We will gladly return on our next visit to the region.

25/03/2026: A very good experience at this bistronomic restaurant. The service is excellent, it's popular with tourists, so we recommend making a reservation. The food is truly superb; the lamb was wonderful and tender, the desserts are homemade, and there were six of us, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal. The decor is very pleasant. High-quality French cuisine.

08/04/2026: We were in Bordeaux for a day and as Indians we were craving for some Indian food. We found Rajistan on maps and decided to have dinner. The food tasted like authentic Indian dishes. Me personally, I had ordered chicken biryani which was amazing! They had good veg options as well. On top of that, the staff and chef were super friendly! One of the staff who was serving us (Vaishnavi) even suggested few places for our trip! Would love to come back if I ever decide to visit Bordeaux!

A very pleasant terrace. A joking owner who took our quarter wheel before the end of service, which we appreciated. A must-try stop in La Clusaz.

11/04/2026: A disgrace. A real disappointment. I'd been eating at L'Outa for several years, and I even took some friends there tonight… what a mistake. New ownership, and it's nothing like it used to be. Before, for less than €30, we'd get half a wheel of raclette cheese, a proper charcuterie platter per person, and salad. This time? €29 per person for a tiny eighth of a wheel, a shared salad, and a pseudo-charcuterie platter to share (literally one slice of ham each…). Frankly, it's a disgrace. You can clearly feel the desire to maximize profits off tourists. As a local, I feel insulted. And that's not all: the pint of beer was undrinkable; we didn't even finish it. It tasted like the dregs of a keg. The raclette was bland, almost white like Kiri cheese, with ridiculously small portions. The Caesar salad had absolutely no dressing, and even after asking for more, it was still bad… truly awful. And to top it all off, a friend ordered a steak with sauce… the sauce was literally still frozen. It's sad, really. I sincerely hope they'll take a hard look at themselves and not just ignore my feedback, because that's what they're doing with the money they make off tourists. This doesn't represent the resort or the region. The Outaouais has become a huge disappointment. Wake up.
