13/04/2026: Our last restaurant of the trip, and certainly one of the best! The place is warm and welcoming, and the staff is very friendly. We received excellent service and were warmly welcomed. The daily specials are superb, with a special mention for the crème brûlée (a true 10/10!). We highly recommend it. Thank you so much!

15/02/2026: The welcome was perfect, all the staff were exceptionally friendly. The room was beautiful, very clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The meals offered were very good. The breakfast was very complete, with sweet and savory options, fruit, and more. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay at the Auberge de l'Abbaye de Signe.

13/04/2026: We came somewhat by chance, mainly to eat, and we were more than satisfied. The dishes are beautifully presented, with original cuisine and quality ingredients. You can tell there's real thought and care put into the flavor combinations. The atmosphere is pleasant, quite artistic and lively. The staff is truly delightful. The light meals are very good and affordable (around €15 for a starter and main course or a main course and dessert).

31/03/2026: One of the worst hotels that claim 4 stars and don’t deserve it. Complicated booking, room service terrible and expensive, room damp smell, generally you can do a lot better if you would go to hostel.

16/03/2026: The rooms are fabulous, but there's still a lack of hooks, and the presence of a portable heater in the bathroom is in poor taste. Replace the existing stone radiators, which are very attractive but completely unsuitable for properly heating the bathrooms, with ACOVA towel warmers of appropriate power, including a BOOST function and a remote control. These are the reasons for the 4-star rating for the rooms and the overall 4-star rating. Otherwise, absolutely nothing to complain about. The "bar" menu has been improved and offers a wider selection, which is great. The staff is still as kind and helpful as ever. One minor drawback is the bar service, which can sometimes be very slow once the order is placed. THAT DOESN'T STOP ME FROM BOOKING FOR 2027

09/12/2025: Excellent restaurant serving homemade cuisine made with quality ingredients. A complete menu with cheese and dessert starts at €27, with very generous portions and a variety of dishes. Impeccable service and a warm welcome in a friendly and peaceful atmosphere – a truly lovely evening.

25/03/2026: Excellent local products sold directly. Wide selection of cheeses, dairy products, cured meats, and even prepared dishes. Raclette and fondue sets are available for rent. Delicious goat and sheep cheeses are also available if you don't consume cow's milk!

13/03/2026: A lovely little local shop with affordable prices. I bought four cheeses, some white wine, and some jam, and everything was delicious!

12/04/2026: Excellent Cantonese restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the food is delicious, and every visit takes us on a culinary journey! The staff at Long Quan restaurant are very friendly. I highly recommend it!

11/04/2026: I stumbled upon this little Chinese restaurant by chance while strolling with my friend, and we were far from disappointed that we decided to go in! The decor is simple, warm, and understated, as well as very clean. The service is very friendly and pleasant, especially when you choose the tea served by the chef throughout your meal (delicious and refined tea served continuously, hot!). We shared some absolutely delicious pumpkin and pork dumplings—comforting and satisfying! We also had fried wontons, which were also very good but more basic, and a very comforting bao bun with flavorful, not-too-greasy meat, which was very pleasant! We then shared a very tasty Peking duck. I had it with rice, but I think I would have enjoyed it even more with noodles! For dessert, I had a steamed brioche with lotus cream, which reminded me a little of chestnut cream. It was warm and very pleasant to eat. In any case, the atmosphere and the quality of the food were excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend it! I'll be back 😊
