27/01/2025: We had breakfast here twice because it was so tasty. The breakfast menu is exactly what we like. Chiabowl, yoghurt with granola and fruit, bread with avocado etc. Breakfast was very affordable too. Nice atmosphere and nice service.

Without exaggerating anything, the dishes were divine. The veal with the paprika reduction literally captivated me.
Unfortunately it's not the best experience overall, although the team was on point, and the manager was really caring, I didn't feel in the mood.
But the cuisine is impeccable, the best flavor of Nancy.

Von der Begrüßung bis zur Verabschiedung spürt man hier die allervorbildlichste Gastfreundschaft die man sich vorstellen kann.
Den Empfehlungen des Chefs darf man sehr gerne folgen und wird sicher nicht enttäuscht.
Wir waren zu viert und haben uns für den Assiette Gourmande, Schnecken, Froschschenkel, Presskopf, der Fischempfehlung und dem Lamm entschieden.
Alle am Tisch begeistert. Das Essen war insgesamt geschmacklich und von der Qualität an der obersten Zufriedenheitsgrenze. Die Präsentation der Speisen bereits beim Anblick schon lustmachend.
Kochen ist eine Kunst, die ein Handwerk, die Liebe zum Produkt und das Gespür für den Gast in sich trägt. Dies sind Markenzeichen der verlässlichen Küche in diesem wunderschönen Restaurant.
Alles steht in einem ausgezeichneten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Unbedingt erwähnenswert ist auch der vorbldlichst ausgezeichnete Service. Sehr freundlich, kompetent und sehr liebenswert. Immer da wenn man ihn braucht.
Chapeau !

21/06/2025: We left very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant, not because of the food or the atmosphere, which were truly excellent, but because of the bill management.
We ordered two €39 menus, one of which included a €2 supplement for a prime rib. We added two kirs at €5 each and a glass of wine at €7. This brought our total to €97. However, we were billed €128.
On leaving, we found this surprising, did the math, and decided to come back and ask for an explanation. The person in charge checked very quickly, without really listening to our comments, and ultimately only refunded us €14, without any clear justification or goodwill gesture.
We found this a real shame, because the meal was good, but the unprofessional attitude and lack of transparency on the bill completely spoiled the experience. Paying far more than you should, without any real explanation or consideration, is unacceptable.

12/12/2024: Accueil exceptionnel dans cette auberge où nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille à l'occasion de l'anniversaire de ma Maman. C'est la 2ème fois que nous y allons et le gibier est toujours aussi délicieux. Félicitations à la jeune Cheffe et à son équipe et à la très sympathique et dynamique Pascale au Service.
Un endroit comme on aime à recommander les yeux fermés !
25/08/2024: Cuisine traditionnelle digne du bistrnomique voir plus....des produits de grande qualité, sublimés par la cheffe, une équipe de serveuses hors paire....ce restaurant au fil du temps est devenu ma cantine de luxe jamais je me lasse ....

07/12/2024: The interior is quite sparse (and cold on a winter's day) but the simple food, such as charcuterie, is very good and served in generous portions, with of course, excellent baguette. The highlight is the wine, with a wonderful array of bottles and a well chosen selection of wines by the glass at reasonable prices for the location. Friendly and knowledgeable service.
05/12/2024: Great service, cool vibe, and amazing foods and wine! I stayed at a hotel nearby and found this place by accident, but it was such an amazing experience coming by myself. Would recommend any traveler to stop by and have a glass or three :)

27/09/2024: Nous avons bien mangé, les associations gustatives sont intéressantes sans être d’une originalité folle.
Par contre, l’ensemble est … beaucoup trop cher !
Le concept fait qu’il n’y a pas d’entrée et de plats, mais seulement un choix « salé » et un choix « sucré ». L’idée est intéressante, pourquoi pas après tout, mais on se retrouve avec finalement que des entrées vu les quantités dans l’assiette.
Avec les prestations salées aux environs de 20/25 euros l’assiette, et les desserts à 10/15 euros, si on prend une bouteille, la note devient vite … salée.
J’ai personnellement payé 75 euros pour 2 entrées, un dessert et une demi bouteille de vin, ça ne les valait pas.
Et je me permettrai une critique spécial pour la crème à la vanille en dessert : une simple crème, bonne mais sans originalité, d’une épaisseur inférieure au cm dans un petit bol, pour 12 euros. Cela a fait sourire l’ensemble de la table …
Pour conclure, à la moitié du tarif demandé ce restaurant serait très bien, là non. Je préfère choisir un étoilé, ou je payerai à peu près le même prix pour une prestation tout de même bien supérieure …

21/08/2024: An excellent address, both for the welcome, the service and the cuisine. We were ecstatic throughout the meal about the creativity of the dishes (dinner menu in 7 courses), undoubtedly born from several hours of experimentation, to think of combining flavors and "improbable" products (for example , this unique pepper sorbet, or this sweetbread tempura).
The service was particularly attentive, efficient, discreet and very smiling.
All with an unbeatable quality/price ratio for this Michelin-starred restaurant.
