16/06/2026: Amazing service and really nice food. We had their french toast broiche caramelized with vanilla icecream and creme brulee it was very delicious.

07/06/2026: We went for dinner and ordered a hamburger. It was good, and the atmosphere was pleasant; there were people there, and the place is centrally located in town. However, there were over a million flies that didn't let us eat in peace, and we had to cover our beer glasses with our phones to keep any from falling in. That's why I'm giving it a low rating, because the owner allowed all those insects in the place.

09/06/2026: I had lunch today at Chez Paul restaurant in Pézenas with my colleagues, and we had a wonderful time. The setting is very pleasant, and the round table was particularly convivial, perfect for sharing a meal with colleagues. The dishes were delicious, well-prepared, and served promptly. Another positive point was the staff, who were smiling, welcoming, and efficient throughout the service. A truly great place to eat well in a warm atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

30/05/2026: Overall OK, with generous portions, but it doesn't go far away from there. I'm Italian, I'm nitpicky and I worked in the hotêllerie industry. We took a vegetarian pizza and a carbonara. The pizza dough was OK, but serving a vegetarian that is a synonym of freshly seasoned vegetables with a collection of oil-preserved vegetables differentiates it from a capricciosa only by the absence of ham and eggs. Carbonara – as usual in France – made with cream is an insult to the original recipe and to the "Italian restaurant" denomination. I'm from an old school. If you pretend to be an Italian restaurant, you have to stick to the tradition, not adulterate recipes to accommodate the local tastes. But I cannot blame the restaurant for this rather than the system. Service-wise, to be improved. Of the many things, never bring the cheese two seconds after the dish is ordered when the pasta has still to be cooked. Toilets, inadequate for the volume of the tables, are confined in a little space that is not accessible for normal humans, so no chances for people with handicaps.

30/05/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. The welcome was friendly and warm, with smiles despite the heat. The charcuterie platter was very well presented. The Regina thin pizza was crispy and generously topped. The waiter was friendly and attentive. The prices weren't too unreasonable. An Italian restaurant that I highly recommend...we were a table of 10 in the evening and we all had the same verdict.

24/05/2026: So last night I think there were fewer cooks than usual, and the preparation times were quite long. Kudos 👏 to the young waiter who worked incredibly hard to do everything and keep everyone happy. The food was very good.

24/05/2026: A great discovery for a true Amiens native. This was our first time eating at Les Marronniers; the service was impeccable, and the couscous was excellent. My wife and I were delighted with this gastronomic experience. We will return to try other dishes that looked tempting when they were served at other tables. Highly recommended.
