12/08/2026: We had a meal with a large group for a birthday celebration. Upon arrival, we were seated inside. The French doors were open, but it was very hot. The blinds couldn't be fully closed, and the sun beat down on everyone's backs. It's a shame that a restaurant of this caliber doesn't have air conditioning, as it's not very pleasant to enjoy the food when it's so hot inside. The meal was expensive considering the quality of the dishes and especially the service, which was not what you'd expect from a fine dining establishment. The head waiter lacked a smile, kindness, and, above all, anticipation. It was regrettable to have to pour our own drinks and ask for refills when the bottles were empty. The head waiter didn't have the demeanor expected in this type of restaurant; he seemed overwhelmed and showed his annoyance, which is unacceptable. The cuisine is semi-gastronomic, not gastronomic. We had received information from the owner, with whom everything had gone very well during the booking process, but on the day, the head waiter didn't seem to be aware of the situation. This again demonstrates a lack of preparation and damages the restaurant's image. Our overall experience is therefore very mixed; the management needs to be reviewed.

04/08/2026: Lunch was absolutely perfect in terms of the food. A big thank you to the chef who works with fresh produce. However, it's a real shame that this establishment has such an unfriendly and moody head waiter. This gentleman should realize that he owes his position to the customers. On the other hand, the tall, slim young waiter is very professional and attentive to the customers.

29/08/2026: I go to this pizzeria in Collégien very regularly. It's not the most attractive place, but the staff and management are all smiling and welcoming! The food is quite good (even if it doesn't quite taste like the pizzaiollo special from my youth 🤗). I'll definitely be back!

22/08/2026: A very pleasant surprise. A small restaurant in a great location at the foot of the cliffs, the food is delicious and the gentleman who serves is simply lovely and professional! Go without hesitation!

01/08/2026: A deplorable welcome, waiters who couldn't agree with each other and asked us the same thing ten times, with disdain, a reservation that wasn't honored, even though it was made and verified by me, the announcement that we would have to wait 42 minutes (sic!) for our food, even though the restaurant was practically empty, and that we were asked to leave our table 30 minutes after our arrival! A caricature of Parisian hospitality... We left before they even bothered to bring us the menu! Hence the average rating for the food, as we couldn't comment on it.

14/08/2026: An absolutely delightful culinary experience in the heart of Nantes. The dishes are as flavorful as they are generous, with a beautiful presentation that immediately whets the appetite. I particularly enjoyed the spring rolls, which were perfectly crispy and served with a very well-balanced sauce. The soup was also excellent and full of flavor, all in a friendly atmosphere that makes you really want to come back. I highly recommend this place.
