18/04/2026: Excellent restaurant! The setting at Moulin de Fourges is magnificent and very relaxing. The welcome is warm and the service is top-notch. The dishes are delicious, beautifully presented, and made with quality ingredients. I highly recommend it; we will gladly return!

22/04/2026: Nothing to say regarding the negative reviews. While visiting the area, we ate lunch here today. The service and staff were lovely, and the burgers were very well presented.

20/04/2026: As a regular at this restaurant, I used to come here regularly with pleasure, but this last experience was particularly disappointing. From the start, the waitress announced that she would only bring "two salads for four people" because she was "tired of throwing them away." A completely inappropriate and unprofessional remark that immediately made us feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the rest of the service was of the same caliber: an unpleasant, unfriendly attitude, and generally inappropriate behavior throughout the meal. When it came time to pay, she even had the nerve to ask if we wanted our change back… In this context, the question is quite shocking. A very disappointing experience, completely unlike anything I've had before. I won't be returning and I certainly won't be recommending this establishment, unlike in the past. It's a real shame.

27/04/2026: Pleasantly surprised! The meat was excellent, and my wife was equally delighted. The servers were attentive and very friendly, and the main dining room is magnificent and unique in Mulhouse.

28/03/2026: We've eaten at this restaurant several times; it's right at the foot of the slopes. The welcome was excellent, and the waitress was very friendly. There was a good selection on the menu. The pizza was very good, and the daily special was also great. I highly recommend this restaurant.

06/04/2026: Much better before the change of ownership. The service, quantity, and quality were lacking. It was hard to get a smile from the waitresses. Don't order the frangipane crepe; the filling is bad, and the presentation is clearly lacking (and the crepe was raw on one side and cold too). To top it all off, when it came time to split the bill, the waitress said, "Do you think I have nothing better to do?" You've lost about twenty customers because I didn't hesitate to tell everyone I know. Hoping for an improvement in your service and communication with customers.

18/02/2026: A lovely, welcoming establishment, very bright with interior mirrors: a touch of romance on this February 14th. Delicious food: plump and fresh oysters. Excellent rib-eye steak for two. A decent wine list. A glass of lightly dosed Champagne: highly recommended. Quiet atmosphere: highly recommended.

01/04/2026: A starter and main course for €16.90 + €1 mixed menu And €11 for a half-pitcher of red wine?????? Basically, you get a chicken leg, three pork ribs, rice and fries, and a boxed wine for €28... That's highway robbery in my opinion!! 😡😡😡😡

26/04/2026: We had a great dinner here! We've ordered two entrances and two main plates. Everything was delicious! The highlight was the chocolate mousse. It was incredible! The service was also amazing.

09/03/2026: Finally, as soon as you open the door, you can smell the real cooking, and frankly, it's a delight. The dishes are delicious. I treated myself to some bone marrow. As well as perfectly cooked calf's liver with a reduced jus, green lentils, and homemade mashed potatoes. The quality/price ratio is very, very good at €30. I'll have to come back to see you and try everything on your menu. See you very soon!
