11/11/2024: We had dinner at this restaurant, in my opinion it is one of the "best" in Aix-les-Bains.
The à la carte offer is good since you can share a starter with several people before having a main course (the meat was quality) and a dessert.
I was pleasantly surprised that in the gourmet café there were miniatures of several desserts on the menu.
The service is also good.
In short, I recommend it.

Everything is there: impeccable service, neat surroundings, delicious and quality food, all for a more than fair price.
I really recommend it 100%, I just regret not having had room for dessert and living too far away to go back... It's just perfect.

They took great care of us as well as the other customers.
The meal was copious and very good, we enjoyed it 😋

13/12/2024: Unfriendly waiters. Beers served without foam and without bubbles for €6.50, a disappointment. The broom that sits right in the middle of the room, super classy. In short, to be avoided.

Plats bien mais sans plus au niveau du goût et une échine de porc posée sur 2 cuillères de purée 😱 un petit filet de mulet (c'est un lieu noir) poisson très bas de gamme avec peu de garniture de légumes. Dessert très bon (soufflé de confiture de lait avec une demi nectarine poêlée) par contre une "assiette de fromage" avec 3 échantillons de fromage bref mini portions mais prix assez élevé pour des ingrédients très bon marché donc un brin déçus on paie l'emplacement je pense....

01/10/2024: We went with 4 to eat. The place looks good. We even got greeted by a cat inside the place, but never judge a book by its cover.
When the food arrived the server wanted to switch the normal knives with steak knives, but after collecting the normal ones she immediately forgot to give us the steak knives to eat. We had to ask another server for knives to eat.
I ordered a Tournedos, which ended up full of fat and tendons (so not a Tournedos at all!). The tournedos was served with potato puree, which had way to much butter in it. Carrots that tasted weird and a small puree swirl, which tasted fruity and did not match with the dish at all.
The dish itself was a mess.
Very dissapointing, because it was priced at €30. When we told the server about the tournedos, she did not react and nothing was done about it.
The fries, which someone else ordered, were really bitter of taste and dried out, which let us to believe they were old fries we got.
When asked for the bill, the server later arrived with a desert menu. So we had to ask for the bill again.
All in all our experience was far from good. The location and looks of the restaurant are great, but the food and service are terrible.
I would not recommend anyone to visite this place, due to the lack of quality of the food and the service of the staff, especially for the prices they ask.
24/09/2024: A magnificent setting and decoration 🤩, a warm welcome and excellent cuisine, a real culinary orgasm! I recommend the Petit pot of foie gras and the sweetbreads with morels, congratulations to the chef and his team in the kitchen 🧑🍳, Very nice wine list 🍷. Remember to book 😉

04/10/2024: Derrière cette devanture discrète, une petite salle et un patio très sympa. ⛱️🌞Une carte à l’ardoise (suffisant variée sans être un annuaire) , une cuisine servie très agréable et fait maison (cela se voit) bref très bon 👍. Le tout avec le sourire de l’équipe contente de recevoir ces clients 😁bravo et changez rien si ce n’est le menu toutes les quinzaines comme vous faites ✅
