14/06/2026: A truly beautiful place. We opted for the menu with wine pairings. Impeccable from the amuse-bouche to dessert. Excellent value for money. Bravo!

16/05/2026: My wife and I were making a quick stop near Vesoul to take possession of a property we'd bought in the area. We'd looked into restaurants in the region and had decided to go to one in a larger town, either Vesoul or Luxeuil. And then, during our conversation with the seller, he recommended Restaurant Rémy in Saint-Loup. "You'll see," he said, "they offer everything from a classic menu to a gourmet menu." We went to Saint-Loup without much enthusiasm. Wow! A magnificent building! The courtyard is extraordinary! So, we went inside. Wow! The decor was perfectly suited to the occasion. Wow! The dining room was impeccably designed. We took our seats, and the owner gave us a choice between the "gourmet menu" (the quick option) or the "gastronomic menu" (very tempting). We had 200 km to drive home, so we opted for the gourmet menu. She then presented us with the menu, featuring incredible ingredients. We nodded, not quite knowing what was in store for us. Here we are. The amuse-bouche (made with ingredients we would never have thought of) arrives. "Enjoy your meal, my love!" Incredible, amazing, delicious! Now for the starter! Incredible, amazing, delicious. And this continued right through to dessert. I should add that the wine was excellent as well. And then, it was time to leave! We had carefully read the menu before coming in, but "This is impossible," I told ourselves! "It's a meal costing over €50/€60 (per person)!" Drumroll: Less than €40 per person. Bravo, congratulations, excellent, delicious, to the chef first and foremost, to the staff, for bringing these exceptional flavors and combinations to life in this superb setting, this tradition of a love for food. Ahhh, how disappointed we'll be next time we go to a restaurant near us. (They're excellent, but not the same.) Note: I'm absolutely not the type to write reviews that will be read by the whole of France, but unfortunately, it has happened far too often that we've been disappointed, even very disappointed, by the food. So I'm sorry for writing such a long rant, but it was necessary, for them, for tradition, for the obligation to eat properly. Thanks again, and I hope to see you very soon.

11/06/2026: On Saturday, May 30th, the three of us were having drinks on the terrace when three other family members joined us to watch the trail runners pass by. The owner replied very curtly: "I'm not serving any more drinks, the restaurant service is about to begin!" It was 11:30 am, and both inside and on the terrace, all the tables were empty.

08/06/2026: A superb little village restaurant. Friendly and welcoming. The food is simple and delicious. A short lunch break during a motorcycle trip is the perfect opportunity to enjoy their dishes and desserts.

07/05/2026: A warm welcome and a beautiful setting. The course is enjoyable and very well maintained; there are clocks on many holes, encouraging players not to delay their rounds – very convenient! The clubhouse is impressive… as is the price!

23/02/2026: In my opinion, the best restaurant in the area. The food is excellent with elegant presentation. The staff is very friendly. The menu is varied. High-end dishes at affordable prices. Personally, given the size of the restaurant, I wouldn't go with young children, but it's the perfect place for a romantic dinner, for example.

From the moment you arrive, you immediately sense that you're in a special place: a welcome of rare kindness, sincere and natural, the kind you see less and less. You feel expected, almost privileged. On the plate, it's simply remarkable. The cuisine is refined, masterful, and inventive, with fresh and perfectly prepared ingredients. Each dish is as beautiful as it is delicious, a true pleasure for the eyes and especially for the taste buds. It's clearly on a level approaching fine dining, without ever becoming excessive. The setting further enhances the experience: a calm, elegant place, with that soothing atmosphere typical of the Landes region, where you can take the time to savor the moment. What stands out most is the perfect balance between quality, generosity, and simplicity. Nothing is overdone, everything is just right. A rare, almost secret address, the kind you want to keep to yourself… but one that deserves to be known. One thing is certain: you come once out of curiosity, and you return because it's obvious.

22/03/2026: A very pleasant surprise. The food was beautifully presented. And the bill was really reasonable compared to some places that are more expensive and of lower quality. I didn't even have dessert because the menu offered chocolate desserts with fruit... which I'm not a fan of... but it was great because my friend had a gourmet coffee which was delicious, so I enjoyed it too 😁 I'll definitely be back
