The dining room is elegant, the ingredients from the Southwest are showcased beautifully on the plate, the cooking is perfectly executed, and the flavors are both subtle and linger on the palate. Rigor and talent seem to be the restaurant's motto. The service is professional and attentive, and the wine list is magnificent. Congratulations to everyone involved; we had an exceptional experience.
