26/08/2026: First visit and I loved it! I took advantage of the €36 three-course menu (starter, main, dessert) to discover the squid on a bed of creamy carrots, the famous smoked salmon cooked to a perfect pink, and to finish, the sweet and delicious touch of a chocolate fondant with its delicate crunchy layer. I had a wonderful time on the terrace enjoying these dishes. I can't wait to come back and try other options. Bonus: the warm welcome! 🤍

29/07/2026: Two lovely ladies who cook like princesses. Had a delicious breakfast with gluten-free bread. They make everything fresh every day. New dishes every day too. I have only one fear: how are they going to keep this up? Because it is top-level work. I will be back when I am in AEP!

23/08/2026: Café de Mars – simply good A short menu, tasty dishes and good wine. Everything we tried was really good. A pleasant place, well worth a visit.

20/07/2026: We were offered the daily special, but when we went to order, they told us it was sold out! So I ordered pesto ravioli, which were awful—mushy even though the waitress had told us they were supposed to be soft. My plate left just as full as when I arrived. When the bill came, the waitress said, "We offered you the scoop of vanilla and caramel ice cream." She said it was ridiculous to take advantage of the customer; the two desserts and the coffee could have been free. And all this for €82.70 and nothing to eat—it's far too expensive. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.

19/07/2026: An exceptional and unique place, with very warm and welcoming staff. The dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. View of Mont Blanc. Thank you all. I'd like to add: We only ate at the restaurant for lunch and dinner, and had crêpes in the afternoon. Everything was a delight. Sight, taste, sound, smell, warmth, aroma. Almost all the seven deadly sins were absent, except for stinginess and anger. I've improved on those last two! ☺️ Thank you so much to the ENTIRE TEAM and their kindness 🥰. See you next year! 🥳

12/07/2026: Good pizza, quick and friendly service, cannot complain. Had pepperoni and fungy. Price was very acceptable, unlike all other restaurants at the top of the hills which were like 2 times the price. Definitely recommend if you want a quick easy and nice bite. Also one of the few places open at early hours.

13/09/2026: We arrived at 5 pm around 1:30 pm without a reservation, and the owner found us a table even though he had previously asked the waitresses not to take any more customers! A great time with authentic cuisine.

19/08/2026: We received a very warm welcome. We were staying in Villedieu, and it was one of the summer Tuesdays. We were lucky; we managed to get a table even though we hadn't booked in advance. It was raining, and we were fortunate to be able to sit under cover. Many thanks to the waiter who served us.

09/09/2026: A superb welcome and breathtaking views of the castle. The dishes lived up to the setting, especially the braised pork cheek, which melted in your mouth. From appetizer to dessert, a delight! A wonderful discovery; I highly recommend it.

20/08/2026: I ordered the five-course tasting menu, and each dish was absolutely delicious. I discovered food combinations I'd never tried before and even enjoyed vegetables I usually find difficult to eat. The service was perfect as well. I highly recommend it.

19/08/2026: "Gault & Millau"? Who are they kidding? It has absolutely no flavor! Salad and meat without sauce, for example. Tasteless. And the setting is awful too. I don't usually leave reviews, but this is just ridiculous.

22/08/2026: Had a great time at Les Animals for drinks! The value for money is excellent. The atmosphere is friendly, perfect for having a drink with friends after work. I highly recommend it, we'll definitely be back!
