29/10/2026: Amazing food, good service, great wine selection. Helpful even when our French is terrible. Gets really packed around 2100, so definitely reserve if you want to try it. Everything our table had was great. I'll be back next year!

11/10/2026: The food is excellent. But we waited 2 hours and 10 minutes before being served the first course. Luckily, it was the only course before dessert (which was also excellent). It's inconceivable. The owner replied, "It's busy..." In that case, Madam, please book an extra meal on Saturday evening. It's a shame because of this wait (which seems to be a recurring problem). I won't be going back.

21/09/2026: A truly excellent traditional restaurant! With a very pleasant owner and a warm, authentic atmosphere, this chip shop offers a simple yet delicious menu. We ate very well and even had seconds of the chocolate cake, which was superb! All this at very reasonable prices. A must-try in Saint-Étienne. Thank you for a wonderful evening! ❤️❤️

31/08/2026: We ate lunch here on Saturday without a reservation and everything was to our satisfaction. Superb regional cuisine, friendly and prompt service. We had pike-perch with Riesling sauce and pike dumplings. We hadn't tried either of these dishes before and can highly recommend them at this restaurant.

02/09/2026: A wonderful discovery on Monday, August 10th. A small, tastefully decorated, bright restaurant with restrooms worthy of this often-neglected space. A simple yet very attentive welcome. An enticing menu and dishes that delight the palate. A special mention, as this is often overlooked in most restaurants... the main course and its contents were piping hot. What a joy to savor a flavorful dish cooked to perfection and served hot... We thoroughly enjoyed it! We also appreciated the chef's visit to our table, with whom we had the pleasure of chatting briefly.

A place entirely dedicated to cheese, and what a delight: high-quality Corsican cheeses, perfectly aged, generously served and explained with passion. You can taste the genuine love for the product behind every plate. The welcome is warm, the atmosphere convivial, and you leave having discovered cheeses you didn't know existed. A must-visit if you're in Ajaccio—we absolutely loved it.
