22/08/2026: On August 3rd, I booked a table at this restaurant for August 21st, for six people. That same day, I received two emails confirming my reservation. On August 20th, I received another email asking me to confirm my reservation, which I did, of course. On August 21st, around 3 p.m., I received yet another email confirming that everything was in order. At 7 p.m. sharp, we arrived at the restaurant and, to our great surprise, found it closed! What a disappointment… Finding another restaurant for six people at the last minute is really not easy. And as if that weren't enough, to top it all off, on August 22nd, I received an email asking me how our evening went the previous night! That's really too much. It's simply outrageous. I've never experienced anything like this. Therefore, I can only leave a very bad review for this restaurant. I'm curious to see their reaction.

25/07/2026: This restaurant offers refined cuisine with beautifully presented dishes. Several menus are available with a variety of choices. There is no air conditioning, but a fan is usually sufficient. The service is attentive and relatively quick. The background music in the evening depends on the table's location, as there are live concerts on some nights.

02/09/2026: Refined dishes, a superb indoor/outdoor setting—everything is there, except that I was just a little disappointed with the temperature of the hot dishes, which were somewhere between lukewarm and hot. I should be mindful of the distance between the kitchen and the dining room, and I imagine it's similar when dishes are served outdoors without cloches on the plates. But I still recommend it; the taste is undeniably excellent, and the price is indisputable considering the setting of this superb restaurant. Worth seeing or tasting? Definitely worth seeing.

A magnificent house and very pleasant grounds. The meal was excellent. A delightful blend of flavors and wonderfully flavorful combinations. 02/06/2026: A wonderful discovery! We had dinner at L’Angelo, a family-run restaurant called Elle est dans la porte, just the way we like them. Here, there are no unnecessary frills: simple, generous, homemade cuisine, and above all, bursting with flavor. The mother, 61, is still at the stove with admirable energy. Her sister takes care of the appetizers and desserts, while her son provides service with professionalism and kindness. You can feel a genuine passion and a beautiful family bond. The dishes are beautifully presented, the ingredients expertly prepared, the cooking perfectly executed, and the flavors are spot on. Special mention goes to the perfectly cooked fish and the fresh, well-balanced appetizers. An authentic establishment where you eat very well, far removed from marketing concepts and soulless chains. A place that deserves to be known and supported. We will gladly return. Well done to the whole family!

20/08/2026: A WONDERFUL DISCOVERY For a long time, we'd been looking for a decent restaurant in Modane. Finally, we found it! Friendly and efficient service. Excellent home-style cooking. A simple menu, but everything is homemade. We won't hesitate to return on our next visit.
