09/12/2025: Jean, Julie, and their team welcomed us to our 2025 seminar with great kindness and professionalism. The entire staff was attentive to our needs from beginning to end. The organization was well thought out, in a pleasant and beautifully renovated setting. The facilities, such as the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, meeting rooms, and games areas, were much appreciated, and the cuisine was a real treat (plenty of food and delicious). A big thank you, and we look forward to returning someday. A successful seminar for us that will leave us with wonderful memories.

06/03/2026: Hello We had a wonderful stay at this inn, run by a couple who take excellent care of their guests. Everything was perfect (meals, room, atmosphere). We stayed for three days. Highly recommended if you want to visit the Cotentin Peninsula and appreciate peace and quiet in the countryside. Mr. and Mrs. Brohée

09/05/2026: A delightful evening in a beautifully renovated space. A very warm welcome with a touch of humor. Delicious dishes. The salmon risotto was a highlight, as was the perfect egg with mustard and mushrooms. Highly recommended!

01/05/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. The chef comes out of the kitchen to greet the customers, the waiter is pleasant, professional, and attentive. The food is excellent. I have absolutely no complaints; it was a wonderful evening.

18/01/2026: Another fantastic time spent at this restaurant. A warm welcome and impeccable service. Lunchtime service is quick, which is perfect for heading back out to ski after a delicious meal. And in the evening, the atmosphere is even better with a different menu. Thank you for this wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

11/04/2026: What a wonderful surprise this restaurant was! I had a bull stew with Camargue rice, absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned, and a generous portion. For dessert, I had a "Choc Wave," a marvelous chocolate mousse. The restaurant is beautiful and comfortable, with a warm and cozy decor. The service was also impeccable. I highly recommend it!

20/04/2026: A very pretty Provençal country house where the cuisine is delicate and flavorful. The bread was delicious, unfortunately served before we had a chance to try it all. We also appreciated the wine pairings. However, the value for money of the aperitifs is very poor: €100 for 3 glasses. The ambiance and decor are a tad too pretentious.

04/05/2026: I absolutely loved my time at Le Florian. I'm not always comfortable at cocktail bars but Le Florian is just the perfect ambience for me, very relaxed, calm, cosy lighting, relatively quiet for easy conversation but still with music playing to enjoy in the background and just something very unfussy/unshowy, nothing pretentious whatsoever. Just a very welcoming place with really lovely, helpful staff who care and know their stuff, and an excellent selection of great drinks. Between us we went through most of the menu and greatly enjoyed them all. I already miss the place having had to leave to come home but I will 100% be heading back to Le Florian any time I am in Lyon again ❤️
