18/08/2026: Choose the second terrace for a magnificent view of the mountains. Plenty of choice and quality. The slight delay due to the absence of three servers (during the fire season and the mobilization of volunteers) was more than compensated for by the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. We'll be back.

17/08/2026: The food is excellent, made with simple, well-seasoned ingredients, full of flavor, and with very interesting combinations for the palate. It's a welcome change from all the other restaurants and their new, bland, elaborate cuisine. In Saint-Endreol, it's back to simple, delicious things with fresh, simple, and effective ingredients – a 10/10 without hesitation. We had the three-meat carpaccio, sea bass fillet with hazelnuts, lamb stew, chocolate macarons for dessert, and the "Florilège" dessert, which was excellent. The service was impeccable: friendly, attentive, and a perfect 10/10 as well. The setting is peaceful, serene, and a true haven of tranquility. Thank you to the kitchen, service, and bar staff! €160 for two, including aperitif, water, wine, starters, main courses, and desserts from the à la carte menu! The set menu is much cheaper, but we didn't regret ordering à la carte; we got our money's worth. We'll be back!

27/08/2026: A small, family-run restaurant right by the slopes—it was a delight. The food is entirely homemade, and the service is impeccable. It was a pleasure. The charcuterie boards our neighbors on the terrace were enjoying looked incredible. Highly recommended!

Even though I'm from the area, my wife had a crêpe, and I, being a meat lover, ordered an entrecôte. I was very happy with my choice; the meat was excellent, cooked exactly as I asked. 01/09/2026: Le Petit Sabayon — Morangis 91 Having visited several times about two years ago, I was looking forward to returning to Le Petit Sabayon, curious to discover a new menu and a refreshed decor. How disappointed I was… The dining room is pleasant enough, certainly, but it lacks that extra something that makes a place truly special. The setting, while agreeable, fails to create the intimate atmosphere one might expect from a bistronomic establishment. As for the food, the verdict is unfortunately less enthusiastic. The prices, relatively high for this type of restaurant, call for more refined dishes: more depth, more creativity, more contrast, and above all, more personality. The flavors seemed to lack depth, sometimes too bland, where I would have appreciated more tension and character. The portions, too, seemed particularly small considering the bill. Because these days, simply serving a dish in pretty containers isn't enough: the taste must also live up to the presentation. Added to this was the air conditioning, which wasn't working, making the experience somewhat uncomfortable, and the dining room was unfortunately too noisy to offer the hushed atmosphere I so appreciate. Finally, the €14 glass of red wine seemed particularly excessive. These remarks were made openly to the owner. I must nevertheless commend her courtesy: without me even asking, she spontaneously agreed to adjust the bill. A gesture of goodwill that I sincerely appreciated and will remember, allowing me to end this experience on a more palatable note.
