14/08/2026: We spent a completely spontaneous evening at this restaurant and were immediately welcomed by the team with great friendliness and a great sense of humor. Even though the kitchen was still closed, we were able to sit down and choose our meals at our leisure. The view over the beach is beautiful, and the team goes out of their way to accommodate everyone's language needs. The mussels and tuna tartare were delicious, and we were also lucky enough to have a Creole band playing that evening. We felt the price was very reasonable!

28/07/2026: My review will be directly proportional to the wait time between each course... First, I'd like to point out that the opening time listed online for Tuesday (6:30 PM) is incorrect, as we were told upon arrival that it opened at 7:00 PM. Secondly, the lack of vegetarian options is quite deplorable, as there is only one on the entire menu (and I'm not even mentioning vegan options, since there aren't any). As mentioned at the beginning of my review, the wait time was, and I mean absolutely atrocious. We arrived at 7:00 PM (the opening time) and left around 9:10 PM. We ordered a starter, main course, and dessert, eating fairly quickly, yet the dessert arrived 30 minutes after we finished our main course, to the point where we considered leaving before we could even taste it. Also, most of the servers were rather unpleasant, except for the oldest one, who was very friendly and competent. Our meal was delicious, however, but if you go there and you are vegetarian, expect to only be able to eat a salad and your neighbors' fries, and expect a wait similar to that of the Nemo attraction at Disneyland Paris.

02/08/2026: What a disappointment! From the moment we arrived, the tone was set: the owner seemed more engrossed in his phone than his customers. As for the service, it left much to be desired. Admittedly, it was the last day before the holidays, but that doesn't excuse the limited selection or the overall impression of neglect. Hygiene, in my opinion, is the real problem. A fan covered in a thick layer of greasy dust and a kitchen area that frankly doesn't inspire confidence. Then, seeing the phone being handled just before touching the bread, your appetite seems to have taken a vacation too. Despite our clear response that we only wanted one sandwich, the owner kept insisting on selling us more. Such tenacity would be more appreciated for quality than for sales. As for the sandwich itself, it was swimming in salad dressing. The beef looked more like ground beef than a Vietnamese dish, and the traditional flavors had also gone on holiday. I'm genuinely surprised by the excellent reviews. Perhaps we didn't visit the same establishment… For my part, I won't be returning and I don't recommend it. I'm giving it two stars for a semblance of a trip to Vietnam in terms of decor.

16/09/2026: A good, typical, and well-known restaurant in Arbois. Delicious and generous fondue. Wine list with good value for money. Serious and efficient service. Last-minute reservations were easy, even though the restaurant was packed. Very friendly welcome. Easy parking. No regrets.

16/08/2026: I had to pick up people at the boat from NYC so ordered 3 pizzas and a salad here. I was earlier, but that was Ok they processed my order fast. The salad was not at all OK, just salad, small and only salad and a lot of bread croutons, and that was supposed to be a big Cesar salad, at the counter they said they only hads one size. The pizza's were ok, but nothing special, but expensive for what they were.
