28/07/2026: We feel so lucky to have found this restaurant completely by accident. We were looking for luggage storage, but the place we planned to use was closed. We walked into the restaurant to ask if they knew of another option, and the owner immediately offered to keep our luggage safe for us without hesitation. It was such a kind and generous gesture, and we truly appreciated it. Since they helped us so much, we decided to stay for brunch—and we’re so glad we did! The food was absolutely delicious and clearly made with care. We were recommended some local dishes, and everything was fantastic. As we were leaving, they even gave us cold bottles of water for the road, which was such a thoughtful touch. Thank you for your incredible hospitality. The next time we’re in Paris, we’ll definitely be coming back! ❤️

27/08/2026: The banh mi are delicious; we also had shrimp spring rolls. The owner is lovely, and the place is very cute. However, it's quite small (3-4 tables), and we were lucky to get a table for two, so if you want to eat in, come during off-peak hours. I recommend going there to eat 🇻🇳

29/08/2026: Two people in the kitchen because the potatoes weren't freshly vacuum-packed for the tartiflette, which is a shame. The fries were frozen. I was expecting homemade mayo, but it wasn't in a stick; it doesn't last very long. Homemade mayo with steak and fries goes well with a salad, but there wasn't one for me, and no salt and pepper on the table... Otherwise, the bespectacled waiter knew his job well and was very friendly!

16/08/2026: Although located a bit outside the city center, this is a restaurant I highly recommend. The interior is pleasant without feeling crowded. The staff is friendly and provides very professional service without being intrusive. As an aperitif, they serve savory snacks (a feature that's becoming increasingly rare, which is a shame). Both the main courses and desserts are made with quality ingredients and are also generous portions. In addition to being delicious, the presentation of the dishes is lovely. It's worth noting that this restaurant accepts holiday vouchers (ANCV) and is dog-friendly. For a party of five, our bill came to €123 (main courses, desserts, and coffee).

13/09/2026: The setting is idyllic! The welcome was a bit cold, and the dishes we ordered (vegetable pasta and Italian salad) lacked flavor. The ambiance, however, helps to soften the somewhat steep bill.

13/09/2026: La Table du Chef offers good cuisine overall, featuring regional products and expertly prepared dishes. While some of the flavors were excellent, the overall experience didn't quite reach the level of a truly top-tier restaurant. The service was very friendly, quick, and professional, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Overall, it's a good restaurant in Cannes, but compared to the city's best establishments, it lacks that certain something.

27/08/2026: Ten of us had breakfast, and the service was quick, friendly, and everything was perfect. The restrooms were a bit dated.

27/08/2026: We were served quickly but had a long wait. The food was decent and inexpensive. If you need to pee, don't stop there; it was disgusting and smelled awful, like urine—you have to hold your breath. A thorough cleaning is necessary because, judging by the smell, it's been there for a while.

24/08/2026: The service was excellent, the atmosphere very pleasant, and the setting truly superb, especially by the canal. The wine was also very good. However, I was a little disappointed with the food, which really wasn't to my taste. But I should point out that it's acceptable for a €33 set menu (starter, main course, and dessert). The gravlax salmon was fluorescent pink, very salty, and smoky: ultimately quite far from what I expect from gravlax. The same goes for the cassoulet: much, much too salty. And finally, the vanilla ice cream didn't impress me either: a very bright yellow color and a taste that really didn't taste high-quality. In the end, it's a shame, because everything else was there for a wonderful experience: a very pretty setting, a lovely table, good wine, and above all, very pleasant service. In such a location, right in the heart of the Lauragais region, I would have truly loved to see French and Toulouse cuisine showcased more prominently, with ingredients and preparations worthy of our region and its gastronomic heritage. A rather mixed experience for me: the setting and service were excellent, but the food was less so.
