18/04/2026: So I don't quite understand the reviews about this establishment. It's clearly obvious that the food served is frozen. Taste-wise, it's really not good. The prices are very high for 15 ravioli that are practically chasing each other around, and the pasta isn't homemade. We were asked if we wanted dessert, but honestly, I would have preferred to stop at Boss-fort for a good homemade dessert. As for the atmosphere… The noise, please… It was awful, between the cars and motorcycles, it was hellish. On the other hand, I gave a good rating for the service because the staff is really very pleasant!

03/05/2026: A wonderful discovery made on the occasion of the reopening of the Provençal market. The setting is very pleasant and the welcome was excellent. We enjoyed delicious wood-fired pizzas and admired the dishes from the menu being served at neighboring tables. The value for money is very good. I highly recommend this establishment and plan to book a table there on my next visit to Nyons.

10/04/2026: A generous charcuterie and cheese board! Impeccable service: the manager and waitress are lovely! The place is very welcoming and peaceful: the impressive heart-shaped nature decor and the terrace overlooking the lake are relaxing, and it's lovely to hear the birds.

21/02/2026: We wanted to experience the famous inn. Disappointment! We ordered the €28 set menu, which promised Lorraine charcoal, which we're still searching for on the board. Instead, we got a rather mediocre head cheese. A set menu with no real cooking involved, just carving, makes it expensive. The rillettes were very good as an amuse-bouche, and the petits fours were a nice touch, but they didn't make up for it. The atmosphere and service were very good, but that's not enough.

21/02/2026: I'm reliving my childhood memories with the salad, the raw vegetables, the 5-star roast potatoes (and even more if I could!), and the service is always so efficient and friendly! When I see how many people are here in this inn, I'm overjoyed. Thank you and congratulations on the magnificent sorbets and desserts!

25/04/2026: This restaurant is definitely worth a visit! The dishes are incredibly delicious, prepared on-site, and that's precisely what tantalizes your senses as soon as you walk in! The subtle aroma of cooking wafting from the kitchen makes you think, "Mmm! I can't wait to eat!" The setting is perfect for a business lunch, a meal with friends, day or night, or even a more intimate dinner for two, as the layout is ideal for both. The daily special is always a winner, and the menu presents a real dilemma: everything is so good that you have to resign yourself to ordering just one dish! Sharing with a friend or more is a great option because it's both incredibly tasty and a unique experience for our local palates! The Persia team is very friendly and welcomes you with warmth and smiles. You truly feel at home there! A place where you could leave with the feeling of having experienced a moment outside of time, outside of the city, in an intimate bubble, to, who knows, live an unforgettable moment?

07/04/2026: We enjoyed a delicious lunch. The portions were generous, the dishes flavorful, and the plates beautifully presented. The service was impeccable, but perhaps a touch too formal. A slightly more relaxed approach would have greatly improved the experience. After all, a smile costs nothing. The wine and other drinks were a bit pricey. But then again, the magnificent view is free.
