01/09/2024: There was no wasabi! It's the basis... it's infuriating! Also missing the cutlery and ginger (less important).
The wakame salad was not good and although I like it, it clearly lacked freshness.
The spring rolls are undercooked: when the dough is still white it lacks crispness. I would also have liked the spring rolls to have salad and mint but that's personal.
The coleslaw is good.
Decent ravioli, maybe a little more filling is missing.
The sushi is good, too bad the wasabi was missing!

14/11/2024: Nous avons choisi ce restaurant suite à la consultation des avis Tripadvisor et nous n'avons pas été déçues, bien au contraire. L'accueil est chaleureux, le restaurant est calme. Un hors-d'oeuvre délicieux nous a été servi en apéritif pour nous faire patienter jusqu'au plat de résistance. Cuisine raffinée et peu chère pour le déjeuner. Je recommande fortement ce restaurant.
27/10/2024: We came to celebrate an event and we had an extraordinary time at Tire Bouchon, the welcome and the service are warm, the cuisine is exceptional, all the services were successful, and the atmosphere of the room is ideal for a meal as a couple , we will come back for sure! Thanks again for helping us make our day wonderful.

10/11/2024: We had a delicious meal; the dishes were of excellent quality. The service was very friendly and fast, which made the whole experience really enjoyable. The acoustics in the restaurant create a pleasant atmosphere, and the delicious smell of the food fills the room. Reservations also went very smoothly. What is striking is the incredible price-quality ratio: the quality of the food is really top, while the price is surprisingly low. Highly recommended for those who want tasty and affordable food!

15/09/2024: Great hostel! In an old house, the team at L’auberge de Lugos received us warmly. The cuisine is excellent, and the good value for money hotel allowed us to prolong the pleasure in a peaceful and timeless place.
02/09/2024: We were very well received (including by Sweety the cat). Note that the service is impeccable. Indeed some rooms are from another age. We came knowingly and were fully informed when booking. This remains very good value for money. I would like to point out that the bedding is excellent and that everything is rigorously maintained. To get some fresh air, or to eat There is a magnificent outdoor terrace under three century-old plane trees which alone could tell the story of the past of this place. The table is refined and prepared with local products, all in a warm and calm room. This place is calming and unique. I highly recommend.

16/09/2024: ... c'est ce qui nous a agreablement surpris dans ce restaurant que, de passage, nous avons choisi parce qu'il se trouvait sur notre chemin. Si vous aimez l'andouillette, vous ne seres pqs decus par l'originale et excellente preparation du chef (ou de la cheffe ?). Jolie terrasse avec vue sur le Canigou.

Came to this restaurant after seeing positive reviews, I do not regret the detour.
