26/01/2025: Food was very disappointing! The menu offered croque but did say it came with the heaviest of buttery sauce which looked and tasted awful. My sole was not fresh. Very rubbery where it should have been tasty and delicate. Very expensive for a meal you could not eat. Won’t be returning.

31/12/2024: Very nice decoration in this restaurant. We took a share menu with small tasting dishes which have many different flavors. A very nice experience.

30/11/2024: Very beautiful interior with magnificent vaults and walls, the service is fast and efficient. We enjoyed the dishes, cheese fritters, piece of Angus beef, risotto. A few notes though: the donuts, although good and plentiful, should rather be called breaded cheese; regarding desserts, the semi-cooked chocolate was tasty but the holy honor rather disappointing (soft choux pastry garnished with mousse). to end it but without consequence, we would have liked to have a tablecloth or a placemat. the daily specials are announced orally, a card or a slate would be desirable both for the choice and for the indication of the price.

24/11/2024: For me one of the best restaurants I have been to! An exquisite and delicious dinner 😋 From starter, main course, to desert it’s a 10 out of 10!!! Excellent Corsican wine 👍🏻 Very friendly welcome with clear explanations for each dish! Everything was perfect I highly recommend the mademoiselle!

03/09/2024: On a attendu très longtemps (trop) pour de simples salades, plus l’entrée choisie mais on n’a l’info que 15 min après la commande. Serveurs à peine agréable (le stricte minimum) En bref, cela faisait longtemps qu’on n’y était pas allés maintenant on sait pourquoi.

24/09/2024: Wir waren zum Abendessen im Rahmen unseres Urlaubs in Douarnenez dort. Reservierung war unkompliziert. Der Service war aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Mein Schwertfisch war wirklich hervorragend und gut bezahlbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, auch wenn wir mittlerweile leider wieder 1.200 km weit entfernt sind.

20/09/2024: This restaurant is hidden slightly back from the Main Street, but it is definitely worth visiting. We did need to book as with most restaurants in this area. The welcome was very friendly & the owner speaks good English & explains the menu. We ate the fish burger on our first visit which was Amazing!!! The rillettes de poisson is a good starter to share, we also had the Cod & yellow pollock, all were well cooked and beautifully presented. Don’t miss this gem.

31/08/2024: Un sans faute pour ce restaurant, accueil chaleureux, service irréprochable du début à la fin avec une pointe d'humour par ci par là, et cerise sur le gâteau ils ont été adorable avec mon chien. Le restaurant est situé sur la place de l'Arsenal donc il est au calme, la terrasse est très agréable. Concernant le repas, les plats étaient raffinés, l'alliance des saveurs parfaitement réussie, et la présentation superbe. Coup de coeur pour cet endroit.

28/08/2024: The Arsenal is a refined restaurant, located in a beautiful, quiet, private square, away from the mass of tourists and is frequented, mostly, by local French people. Here you won't find anything touristy: the dishes are tasty but refined, with original combinations and they are all delicious. Worth mentioning are the foie fras, the veal cooked at low temperature and the octopus.... not to mention the desserts: all delicious!!! The wine is excellent, as is the value for money. For a restaurant of this level you spend the right amount. The staff is attentive, prepared and very very kind. If you want to spend a nice evening in an intimate corner of Nancy and enjoy the pleasures of French cuisine, this is the right place. Trust and book. It fills easily.

06/11/2024: An unforgettable experience! As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Lucas, a very friendly waiter who was always in a good mood. His kindness and professionalism made our evening most enjoyable. A big thank you also to the boss Thierry, who shows a remarkable sense of welcome and who ensures that each customer feels at home. As for Anthony's cooking... A pure delight! Each dish was a discovery, with refined flavors and quality products, crafted with talent and passion. A real treat for the taste buds! I recommend Le Concept with my eyes closed to anyone looking for a moment of sharing, conviviality and good food! Well done and thank you to all 3 of you for your welcome, take care of yourselves!
