18/01/2025: If I had to recommend a restaurant in Villefranche it would be La Chapelle. This place offers a warm and friendly atmosphere. The service is of impeccable quality. The waitresses are attentive, with particular knowledge of their ranges (wines, cocktails, menu, etc.). From reception, to order taking until payment, we feel their professionalism and kindness. Cooking is a treat! It respects the seasons which is a real plus. Everything is perfect, the flavor combinations, the presentation and the cooking. We feel the love of cooking from appetizers to dessert where Homemade is the key word. Well done to the whole team, thank you for this time spent with you. I will come back!

16/01/2025: The place is nice, the decoration is nice, the waitresses are pleasant, they were able to adapt my dish with the cook so that I didn't have onions (allergy). The dishes are very good! I took away a star because some dauphine potatoes were overcooked for my friends and the lemon baba was too consistent and dry, once re-cut and left to soak, it was better but we expected a better biscuit.

24/08/2024: First disappointment, the reblochon breaded with honey was no longer available at 8:15 p.m., although we had come for that given the originality of this dish. As a result we had to take a classic dish with a higher price than the rest of the resort. Despite the high price, the fondue, cold meats and wine were good. Second disappointment is the service, lack of monitoring of tables, particularly for water, taking orders and clearing up. Last disappointment, the crème brûlée with a minimum quantity and a grainy cream, but a very commercial gesture in offering it to us when paying. On the other hand, the chocolate praline dessert is delicious and the extra whipped cream is very generous. Finally, the restaurant is well decorated and there is a beautiful view of the mountains.

23/09/2024: Tout est parfait dans cette belle auberge. Très bon accueil, une salle intérieure chaleureuse et joliment décorée. Nous avons choisi le menu à 42 euros et nous nous sommes régalés, de l'entrée au dessert, les assiettes sont belles et délicieuses. Le service est juste parfait, ni trop long, ni trop rapide. A découvrir absolument si vous venez au Lavandou.

16/09/2024: ... c'est ce qui nous a agreablement surpris dans ce restaurant que, de passage, nous avons choisi parce qu'il se trouvait sur notre chemin. Si vous aimez l'andouillette, vous ne seres pqs decus par l'originale et excellente preparation du chef (ou de la cheffe ?). Jolie terrasse avec vue sur le Canigou.

Serveurs à votre écoute 🙏 Décor raffiné et confortable : belle vaisselle, fauteuils en cuir et couverts en argent 🥰 Cuisine de grande qualité, portions justes, sans chichis et à des prix abordables👌👌👌 Nous recommandons fortement.

09/09/2024: The restaurant offers a warm, quiet atmosphere (appropriate sound/music volume) as well as beautiful decoration. Also, the tables are not glued together, which is nice! The quality of the food is not up for debate, everything was delicious. The service is rigorous, attentive - very attentive - and takes the time to answer questions. I had a great evening! I highly recommend this place.

15/09/2024: L'endroit est bien pour passer une bonne soirée. Bien accueilli avec le toutou. Les plats des menus sont bien servis et les possibilités de croiser les menus sont les bienvenues. Tout est bon voire très bon. Une cartes des vins très complètes et un vin délicieux conseillé par le patron très abordable dans une région où le nectar des dieux est plutôt cher. Réserver est une sage précaution pour passer un bon moment.

17/08/2024: Très déçus : - Réflexion des notre arrivée d un serveur à son collègue car nous avions réservé sur le site the fork. - La carte affichée sur le site internet n est pas d actualité : Les prix ne sont plus les mêmes (9 euros de différence par exemple) - + 2 euros supplémentaire pour le menu le soir affiché sur le site internet alors que c est +6 euros de plus !! - 2 cartes distribuées différentes : une carte avec la bouteille de vin blanc la moins cher à 31 euros et une autre carte avec la même bouteille de vin à 41 euros (10 euros d écart). Mais le serveur n a pas fait de geste commercial (le client Clignancourt doit payer le prix affiché) Voilà

10/09/2024: Les plats étaient plutôt bon c’est vrai mais l’organisation était un foutoir. Cantine désorganisée tant au niveau de l’heure de réservation que du nombre de personnes que du service des plats. Nous avions lu les avis et étions contents d’avoir réservé. Désillusion ! Nous n’y retournerons pas.
