27/04/2026: A restaurant and inn that truly lives up to its name. Despite a late room reservation and Christophe's busy schedule—he was hosting distinguished guests privately at his table—he was kind enough to prepare a delicious dinner for me on the spot. The room had a cozy and comfortable bed, the swimming pool was a welcome aperitif after a long drive, and the peaceful, rural surroundings were perfect for a stroll. This is a stop just 5 minutes from the motorway that makes you want to extend your stay! I'll be back! A huge thank you to Christophe and Virginie for their memorable hospitality.

24/03/2026: A delightful discovery! Charming setting, delicious and generous menu, beautifully presented. The spices were perfectly balanced. The service was neither too fast nor too slow. Highly recommended.

22/04/2026: We were having a lovely time with friends in a relaxed atmosphere. Out of curiosity and without any ill intent, we pressed the collection box button twice, not knowing what it was for. A waitress with graying hair then came up and shouted in front of everyone in a very aggressive tone: "You've been here for 30 minutes, I'm coming!" We immediately apologized, explaining that we didn't know what it was for, but despite this, she continued to speak to us disrespectfully and stare at us intently. This reaction completely ruined the end of our evening. Furthermore, we noticed that she was behaving the same unpleasantly with other customers. It's a real shame, because the place itself is very nice, fun, and clean. A simple, calm explanation would have been more than enough. We hope this kind of situation won't happen again.

27/03/2026: A very pleasant surprise. I went there this week with friends for a nice get-together. It was a complete success: the staff were very friendly, funny, and competent. The food was delicious. A great choice, I'll definitely go back.

23/04/2026: It's wonderful to celebrate your 65th birthday... especially at Brigitte's restaurant! My son had made a reservation, and we had a lovely table at the counter. There were six of us, and everyone unanimously agreed that we had a fantastic meal! First of all, the kindness and welcome were wonderful: everyone didn't arrive at the same time, and we were allowed to enjoy a drink in peace while waiting for everyone to be seated, without any pressure. Now for the main courses: delicious white asparagus for starters, a very original short rib served in thin slices with flavorful sauces, and then the main courses: lamb chops with feta cheese (cooked perfectly, as requested), melt-in-your-mouth beef cheek bourguignon with a delicious sauce and homemade mashed potatoes, a generous sirloin steak, and, for the fish course, a discovery of the dentex, which was very much appreciated. This wonderful meal was accompanied by an excellent 2024 Crozes-Hermitage red (Yann Chave), which was a unanimous hit! Finally, the desserts: incredible chocolate profiteroles, and also the dark chocolate soufflé. In short, a truly excellent restaurant, classic but not old-fashioned, with no flaws whatsoever, generous portions, and professional, attentive service. A gem of a place in Paris.

14/05/2026: The reception was adequate, nothing more. The furniture is clearly dated, even worn; some of the armchairs in the breakfast room even have holes, which is unacceptable. Also worth noting is a gathering place for cannabis smokers about thirty meters from the entrance, which detracts from the establishment's image and comfort.

11/03/2026: I hope it's as welcoming as it was when I went before. The menu offers a good selection, but not too much. Excellent value for money. The interior decor is pleasant, and there's a lovely shaded outdoor terrace overlooking the Gruissan lagoon. Definitely worth a visit, as everything is delicious.
