11/07/2026: As a regular customer of La Dame de Cœur, I always return with pleasure. The meals are excellent, prepared with care and in a true family brasserie style. Hélène is remarkably kind, always welcoming, smiling, and attentive to her customers. The establishment is immaculate and very clean. A must-visit in Reims that I recommend without hesitation!

10/05/2026: As long-time customers of Domaine de Bellevue, we have unfortunately noticed a decline over time, both in service and in the quality of the facilities. We feel that the commercial aspect is now taking precedence over the quality of the welcome and the customer experience. The spa was quite dirty: the bin hadn't been emptied after the previous guests, the toilets were dirty, and the floor was covered in hair (photos available). Furthermore, we spent over €500 for our visit as a family of three. Since afternoon tea wasn't served until 6:00 PM, we asked if it would be possible to each have a small cookie with our glass of champagne while we waited. The brunch cookies were still on the table, the plate was full, and there were no other guests, but we were refused. We found this particularly unprofessional and quite disappointing. Also, during our afternoon tea, the hot chocolate was actually just flavorless hot milk, and we were refused a cappuccino because the waitress didn't know how to make one… The massages, however, were very good. It's a shame, because we've always enjoyed coming to this establishment, but this experience unfortunately no longer reflects the standard and quality of service we were used to.

03/05/2026: A gem... an exceptional setting offering a true haven of peace with a top-notch team! The staff are kind, professional, attentive, and generous, not to mention the creativity and talent of the chefs in both the kitchen and pastry shop... A feast for the eyes and the palate... an address not to be missed, whether for family gatherings, get-togethers with friends, or for seminars and corporate events. I highly recommend Domaine de Bellevue!

14/08/2026: Exceptional cuisine. We ate at L'Atelier for lunch with a €25 set menu, three courses per person. From organic zucchini to a soufflé omelet, tomato, their summer chicken, and the absolutely delicious Arctic char, the value for money was unbeatable. We can't wait to return for these flavors; the dishes are elegantly presented, and the portions are perfect. One observation: my sister ordered a glass of rosé as an aperitif, and there was only about a glass left. The waiter gave her some of the wine, leaving a bit of the bottle when the rest could have been poured. The wine service in general could be improved, but that's just a minor point. The staff is very kind and helpful. A must-try in Roanne. An absolute must in Roanne if you visit the city. Quality and price are unbeatable for elegant and extremely flavorful dining. Well-thought-out presentation for business or pleasure. Highly recommended. We were super impressed with the food. Do go and enjoy local flavors in a really nice setting.
