16/08/2026: A magnificent gastronomic interlude at Vieux Moulin Grauthal We had the pleasure of spending a night and an evening from August 7th to 8th at Vieux Moulin Grauthal, and what a wonderful discovery it was! From the moment we arrived, we were touched by the simple, warm, and deeply familial welcome, with a professional, attentive team who always maintained a wonderfully down-to-earth atmosphere. We chose the 7-course "Gourmet Stroll": a truly exceptional gastronomic experience from beginning to end. A magnificent journey through the flavors of the region, showcasing high-quality local products, enhanced by remarkable culinary creativity. Each dish tells a story, that of the land, its producers, and its marvelous products. A true gastronomic voyage along local paths, with great finesse, passion, and precision. The room was spacious, very clean, and perfectly equipped: everything was in place for a wonderful night's sleep. And what can we say about the breakfast! Here again, a beautiful celebration of local produce and regional specialties, with truly wonderful, flavorful, and authentic ingredients. A huge congratulations and, above all, a massive thank you to the Kassel family and the entire team at Le Vieux Moulin for this magnificent experience. Sincere, inventive, and generous cuisine, a warm welcome just the way we like it, and professional service that remains friendly and personal. An exceptional place that we wholeheartedly recommend, and where we will be delighted to return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you for this superb culinary journey through the heart of the region!

25/08/2026: We regularly visit le Cottage on our travels in France. It is a top restaurant, the service is precise and the staff very knowledgeable about each dish. The menus are very well crafted with excellent textures and flavours. Unusually I went vegetarian this time. The ripe tomatoes deserved to star in the starter whilst the Moroccan tagine of egg plant, nuts, fruit and veg was one of the best. The cheesecake rounded off a delightful meal. Why hasn’t Doug and his team been recognised by Michelin? They deserve it.

01/08/2026: A wonderful summer lunch at William's! Gazpacho, ceviche, carpaccio, veal rump... Delicious. A wine list that's constantly evolving... A 2023 Chablis Domaine from William Fèvre and a 2022 Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru Morgeot (organic) from Philippe Bouzerau... Sublime! You must visit William.

03/07/2026: La Cantine is the restaurant you've been searching for in Paris! Everything is perfect: the welcome, the food, and the service. This is a place that understands that the options are vast, but that differentiation is key. It's simple: once you walk through the door, you won't want to leave. A high-quality culinary experience, a carefully curated wine list that's mindful of your budget, and yet you feel right at home. Simply put, wherever you live, you must visit La Cantine in the 14th arrondissement because you'll be back! And I want to remind all egg mayonnaise lovers that La Cantine by William is the only place in Paris where you'll find five (half) eggs on your plate!

26/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! The staff were charming and welcoming, and the seasonal cuisine was delicious, both in terms of quantity and quality. The place is tastefully decorated. After an excellent aperitif, we shared a starter, each had a main course, and shared dessert (we had small appetites), each with a glass of wine. We will be back.

I celebrated my 50th birthday with laughter, dancing, and singing—everything was perfect, from the meal to the show, and even the dance floor until 2 a.m. I couldn't have dreamed of a better way to mark this milestone! Thank you to the whole team, it was fabulous!

25/05/2026: I stopped by on the morning of May 8th and the latte was just insane. The smoothness and nuttiness were top-notch…!! If you’re in the area, you absolutely must go! Go twice!

22/05/2026: Very nice coffee, but also very pricey. The barista was really friendly. 4,5€ for a mini cappuccino, and 6,5€ for a mocha…

22/07/2026: I rediscovered this place, which I used to pass by very often. A serious hunger prompted me to stop in this evening. I had a delicious house specialty salad. A generous portion, flavorful with a light crunch. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I also tried their sushi. And while it's presented in the same black tray as everywhere else, the taste is completely different from any I've had before. The salmon is delicate and tender. The wasabi isn't spicy. All these flavors made me want to go back, this time with friends, to try other specialties. The server/preparer is very friendly. A warm welcome. //

07/08/2026: We were on holiday in Montauroux and came to Fayence for the night market. What a pleasant surprise to find we were going to eat well and enjoy ourselves with the lively music on the restaurant terrace, in addition to the music in the square below. The value for money is unbeatable, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. A big thank you :)

12/08/2026: It's very good, no problems with the food or the service. My only complaint... the concept. I find it a bit expensive considering you eat at the counter, there aren't many seats... and you eat with your hands... meaning very little washing up. €30 without a starter... or dessert.

11/08/2026: The tacos are absolutely delicious and affordable at lunchtime (9 euros for 3 tacos). I thoroughly enjoyed them. The service is quick and attentive, despite it being very busy.

22/08/2026: Excellent Asian cuisine on a beautiful outdoor terrace. Tasteful, authentic dishes, a world away from what you find at buffets! A real treat!
