02/12/2024: Hemos ido tarde, a las 14.30 y nos han atendido y servido en seguida. Los platos son variados, elaborados y muy sabrosos. Hemos comido en la terraza, al Sol de la tarde, muy a gusto. El personal está muy atento a tus necesidades, es muy rápido y amable. Aunque estaba bastante lleno, no era un lugar muy ruidoso, los clientes eran educados y hablaban en voz baja. Es muy de agradecer cuando se juntan muchas personas en un lugar. Por supuesto que lo recomiendo para comer, espero poder volver.

15/01/2025: Warm welcome! Always delicious to eat at the Santa Maria restaurant! Today, I had the dish of the day “Faux-Filet with the accompaniment of your choice”. Frankly perfect cooking "On point", not everyone masters this cooking the first time so bravo to the cook. I highly recommend.

We certainly do it like at home, but just like at home without any more effort for the customer. So it's quite redundant and not creative. We can make it friendly but more lively!

Excellent value for money, the discovery menu is delicious. The establishment also offers different tielles as starters, as well as artisanal ice creams for dessert. Welcome with ease. Bring a little wool in the evening

20/09/2024: Parking on site, reservation would be recommended in season. The whole team friendly and helpful. The mussels with sauce were very good, the baked mussels and oysters were sensational.

03/12/2024: Summer 2023 Another “dear” disappointment as is often the case in busy city centers. The Alchimy does like many and sadly does not invent anything. We only have a brasserie which uses a few tricks to try to deceive the passerby and his palate. The appetizers, the first trick that works but at the start of the meal everything works, even a squid nugget on a saffron appliance. And strangely these little appetizers make us long for the rest... Sadly, the salmon without being bad is very ordinary and lacks salt and cooking. It's flattened that I discover gnocchi underneath that are way overcooked. The dark bowl in a dark atmosphere means that we have absolutely no idea what is really inside. Fortunately some flavors are a little more worked. The salted butter caramel “choux” is surprisingly surprising. Crunchy, barely warm, it looks like it came out of the oven and although that is not the case (which is normal)... It works... Much better than whipped cream drowned in too much sugar and sadly that doesn't work. Isn't the slightly "washed" caramel with a "burnt" aftertaste that will fix that? To you consumers who read this, remember that in general, too much sugar, like too much cream, are the words of dishes that have nothing to say. That being said, Bravo for the cabbage, really. For the service, it is no surprise, we are in a Brasserie rhythm where the dishes ready to go before you have finished the previous one follow one another. I had the appetizers even though I had not yet tasted my vine peach fruit juice, which was sold to me as a very good product from France and which seemed to me to be longer. and without much flavor. Maybe we should do the opposite. Put the juice in a glass with a jar of ice cubes. For the dish then, They wanted to clear me twice even though I hadn't finished, and as if destiny was trying to convince me, it's only 10:30 p.m., not far from me, the waiters congratulate themselves on having "sent "more than 100 seats... The circle is complete. Conclusion if it is still necessary to make it: 40€ for 1 main course and 1 dessert since we cannot decently consider the appetizers as a starter (although pleasant)..... It's expensive. But the worst thing is that it is not justified or compensated by a single framework. Waitresses and waiters are in any case smiling and efficient (too much?). That evening, surprise! there was a concert in the square next door. A vacationer passing through Albi.

20/09/2024: Petite salle. Menu avec 2 plats par ligne , signe de fraicheur. Nous avons très bien mangé : plats raffinés, bien cuisinés, et suffisamment copieux. Service très agréable, et efficace. Très bon moment passé

05/09/2024: Trouvé ce restaurant par hasard lors de notre sortie à Ploumanac'h . Excellent choix, notre repas fut délicieux de l'entrée au dessert, félicitations au Chef, de plus la dame qui nous accueille et nous apporte les plats est très sympathique. Allez y les yeux fermés, nous avons pris la suggestion du jour pour 25 € et vraiment tout était bon et belle présentation des plats. Si nous revenons à Ploumanac'h , nous y retournerons.

10/09/2024: Had a coffee and croissant stop here while on the morning cycle ride. Really friendly staff and a great place to watch the world go by! Lovely coffee with a bit of chocolate on the side.

05/12/2024: Pizzas ordered by phone with a very friendly person on the line. The preparation was quick. The pizzas are excellent, you can smell the cooking in the wood oven! The dough is very soft and the ingredients are quality 👌 We had a great time and we will come back!
