10/03/2026: My go-to spot when I arrive in Paris. I come here very often because I love this little restaurant that has everything you could want from Italy. The ingredients are top-notch, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is really lovely. And all this at very reasonable prices. I often go to Italy, and this restaurant reminds me of the wonderful places I've eaten. For example, at lunchtime, I had fried artichokes alla Judea, even better than in the Jewish quarter of Rome. The pizzas are excellent, as are the pasta and desserts. I always go back with pleasure, and I've never been disappointed. Well done on this great work!

27/08/2025: At the beginning of summer, I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant with my family. The owner was very friendly, and we enjoyed a long chat with her during our visit. The menu looked absolutely delicious. Each dish featured local ingredients. I personally enjoyed a succulent goat cheese and honey salad with seasonal vegetables and goat cheese from a producer near Vals—it was divine. In short, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Vals; it's well worth the trip.

Finally, the place itself is very pleasant, spacious, clean, with an atmosphere that invites you to linger. Honestly, it's a wonderful discovery. A restaurant I wholeheartedly recommend and will gladly return to!

01/05/2026: The service was truly appalling. One has to wonder why anyone would choose this profession if they clearly dislike interacting with customers. The waitress was unpleasant, and even asking a simple question about how the food would be cooked or what side dish you wanted seemed to bother her. As for the food, while the prices are certainly low, the quality reflects that. Frozen ribeye steak served with large, un-homemade fries, crispy salmon, and vegetables swimming in water… it's hard to imagine anything worse. Only the desserts (panna cotta and profiteroles) offered a slight improvement. In short, a very bad experience. We've tried other, much better restaurants in Souillac—this one is definitely one to avoid.

08/05/2026: A first experience that will be my only one. Really disappointed with the restaurant. Yes, the portions are generous, but the quality is completely lacking. The wait was quite long (an hour passed between ordering and receiving the food). On the other hand, the waitress was pleasant and very attentive to the children. In conclusion: poor value for money. I do not recommend it.
