08/04/2026: Excellent! We had the set menu for €16: ribeye steak with shallot sauce, fries, salad, then cream puffs with vanilla cream and chocolate sauce. Real salad, real cream puffs, real chocolate! We thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you!

18/06/2026: We stayed one night. We slept very well. The spacious room was very pleasant. We ate at the restaurant. The food was excellent and plentiful, made with fresh ingredients. We received a very warm welcome and the staff were incredibly kind. We highly recommend this hotel. BRAVO!

13/06/2026: We stayed one night in Redon and were welcomed as is customary at this hotel, at the last minute. I left a message on the answering machine and was called back within the hour. We were on the road, and it was very much appreciated to be received like that. We had a simple but good quality breakfast. The room was very pleasant, spacious, and very clean. I highly recommend this establishment and will return on our next visit.

14/09/2026: We've been returning to the Auberge de Laûre in Montselgues for several years now, and we can't help but fall in love with it! Aurélie, the owner, is genuine and incredibly kind. We feel so comfortable and at home here that we almost wish she'd adopt us! 😊 The food is generous and bursting with flavor. Definitely don't come here on a diet: there's so much love in every dish that you'll be tempted to eat everything! An authentic inn where conviviality, well-being, and generosity reign supreme. An exceptional place we always look forward to returning to. ❤️

11/06/2026: I just ate the best croissant of my life. It looked beautiful, and the taste and texture were wonderful too. They also have unique coffees. I had a roasted hazelnut coffee today, for example. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The Place aux Herbes is really trendy. Thank you for this lovely experience.

02/06/2026: We were looking for a shelter out of the rain for our young family and we were met with a smiling and patient women (even when our 4 year old started having a meltdown from being so tired). The drinks were excellent. We had the hot chocolate, café glacé, and mango passion fruit cocoons. Next time we're in Orange we'll make sure to return!

18/07/2026: We needed a quick bite of hot food after getting into Paris in the late evening. This was within a 10 min walk of our hotel so we decided to check it out. It was near closing at 8:30 but the owner let us eat on real dishes with real silverware and reusable chopsticks when we promised to be done by 9pm. We ordered the chicken with rice and beef with noodles and a side of the veggie stir fry with broccoli. Food was reheated with a microwave but everything hit the spot. It was nice being able to order a small amount of food as our appetites were small after a day of travel. It was also nice that they provided water glasses and bottles of water at the tables.

15/07/2026: The ice cream ace, the cream of the crop. Roasted Pineapple sorbet leaves you blissfully happy, amazed, delighted. And that chocolate! Oh my, that chocolate. They're very friendly. A free square of chocolate of the day is offered with every visit ☕️🍨

As a light eater, I easily devoured the sourdough pizza and felt light afterward—both in body and mind 😊 A truly lovely time in a warm and inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

27/06/2026: A wonderful moment of sharing and exchange. We are pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago and we made a detour of only 500 meters from the GR (long-distance hiking trail) to stock up on supplies. The shopkeeper allowed us access to the church, which was closed due to theft. She then advised us to visit the convent right next to her shop. We recommend you take this short detour, which will enrich your pilgrimage.

20/07/2026: The enthusiasm of the guests at my daughter's wedding for the meal prepared by Christophe delighted us. He rose to the challenge of creating a series of appetizers and a main course for us using products from the Haute-Loire region, with a meal incorporating ingredients from the Ain, Jura, and Aube regions, a nod to the bride and groom's origins. For example, the menu included andouillette croquettes, chicken breasts, foie gras with apple and verbena, and cabbage and mushrooms with Savagnin wine. Beautiful, succulent, and original. You're sure to delight your guests with a meal unlike any other.
