14/04/2026: We came here on a romantic break and noel suggested some options. We had the avocado toast and the halloumi eggs benny. It was outstanding. The vibe is great, the coffee is amazing and Noel had such amazing service! He’s one in a million ❤️

14/04/2026: The food was absolutely fantastic. We had the salmon benny and the pistachio pancakes—both were delicious and beautifully presented. The service was also excellent; the staff were attentive, sharp, and genuinely welcoming. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by something we witnessed outside. A staff member, who appeared to be from the kitchen, was sitting on an empty table wearing Crocs and rubbing his bare feet with his hands for several minutes. When confronted by a server, he simply got up and moved to the next empty table—and continued this behavior nonchalantly, as if nothing was wrong. It was genuinely disturbing to watch. My partner said it nearly ruined her appetite, though I tried to reassure her he was outside and likely not handling food at the time. We chose not to make a scene out of respect for the excellent front-of-house staff, but the incident definitely left a negative impression and took away from what was otherwise a fantastic meal. This occurred earlier today between 1–2 PM, in case you wish to review footage. It was truly unacceptable. Thankfully, the food and service were top-tier—otherwise, it would’ve been a one-star experience. I’d be happy to remove this review once the matter has been appropriately resolved.

10/05/2026: I received a very warm welcome at Part des Anges. Great atmosphere with small bistro-style tables, surrounded by bottles you can drink directly from. The food is simple but delicious. The servers are very friendly, and they have a wide selection of wines I can't find anywhere else. A real gem!

06/05/2026: Such a good place. It was always packed when we went but they would let us stand and drink. We returned again to shop and they were really helpful with suggesting a wine and cider that would go with our dinner plans.

The waitress was smiling and very kind. She guided us in choosing our dishes (we don't eat meat). It was a feast for the eyes and the taste buds 🤩. Excellent choice. Congratulations to the Chef. 10/05/2026: The server was reasonably friendly, but the food wasn't particularly tasty. I ordered the beef tartare, and the accompanying fries were really delicious!! However, the tartare itself was a bit greasy and didn't really suit my taste..! The bread served before the meal wasn't great either.. The starter dish with a poached egg was just so-so.. We each ordered a glass of red wine, and that was good.

25/05/2026: For our fifth visit to our favorite forge, we were delighted to rediscover the inventive cuisine of its "blacksmith," who also knows so well how to enhance his dishes with local herbs (wild garlic, tansy, ground ivy, etc.) and those from further afield (acai, soursop). The "blacksmith's wife" offers her guests a warm and unpretentious welcome in the authentic and peaceful setting that gives the place its charm.

24/05/2026: We were at the restaurant on Easter Sunday, which is in a pleasant setting. The food was high quality, made with good ingredients. The dessert—a chocolate egg—was very much enjoyed.
