29/08/2024: Nous y avons été plusieurs fois pour joué au bowling boire un coup et pour fêter l'anniversaire de ma grande fille Toujours très heureux de revenir les gérants ainsi que les serveurs toujours attentionné souriant toujours aimables et ça ne change pas et très bien pour regarder mon match avec ma ptite bière,jouer avec mes filles au bowling et à d'autres jeu on n'a kiffé comme toujours pour notre 10ème année où nous venons nous reviendrons l'année prochaine
25/08/2024: We stopped on the way down from the Col de la Croix de Fer to have dinner....we didn't regret it at all!!!! Savoyard fondue 😋😋😋😋a pure delight. It was great from start to finish, both the meal and the welcome and the service. I recommend ++++

La pomme d'auban cuite est excellente !
03/11/2024: Fabulous inn "the four-poster room" furnished with refinement, very modern and tiptop bathroom. When in the restaurant the room is very pleasant. Chef Yannick creates refined, inventive cuisine with delicious flavors, even picnics are a treat. The only downside: the chef is not talkative. but the waitress is very nice. We will return to this Inn for other hikes.

02/11/2024: A little restaurant that I like, where I enjoy having lunch when I'm passing through Doué. I recently ate a perfectly cooked salmon steak there, accompanied by sweet potato puree. A real treat! And the prices are very affordable.

02/09/2024: We had a great time in this restaurant; if its setting is simple, the service and cuisine are perfect. Our well-filled pancakes were delicious, the ice creams particularly creamy with a strong taste and the espresso coffee as I like it, strong without bitterness. The young waiter's smile was appreciable, as was his availability and kindness. Even the toilets are impeccable! In short, a great place to enjoy! We will come back, for sure!
01/09/2024: 1. We had to be turned away with a half-full restaurant.
2. The food was not good: questionable fries, rotten chicken or close to the use-by date (the taste probably came from Japanese breadcrumbs! 🤔)
3. For wine advice “well, everything is on the menu!”
4. The Caesar salad wasn't looking for the taste of my sauce, it doesn't have any!

The little extra is the decor that I find brilliant every time.

23/09/2024: Lots of fried food and what isn't fried lacks finesse. High prices for what they offer. Our bread was completely dried out and the water tasted very much like chlorine. With a starter and some wine you can easily spend 50 to 60 euros per person. I think the oysters we ate had been open for a long time. I was sick from it during the night. Fish was fried too hard, risotto was not creamy but dried out. The fries were tasty but extremely oily. Alioli was very tasty.
The waiters were friendly and quick in service. But all in all, I don't really understand the rave reviews.
Fewer dishes on the menu and more attention to cooking and finishing would probably improve things.

And yet difficult for my friend in a wheelchair, the boss helped us.
Hearty dish, Baba au Rhum, a killer dish, it’s more like Rhum au Baba

06/08/2024: Awesome. My daughter introduced me to this place, small in size but big in the pleasure it provides with dishes that are real delights at reasonable prices. And when the welcome and sympathy of the owner of the place are added to the other ingredients of the place I can only come back and strongly recommend it. 👍👍👏👏👏

12/08/2024: We didn't stay at the hotel but just had dinner at the restaurant, which was delicious! Simple and very well executed traditional cuisine. We had a blast! The service was provided by the owner's mother, which made us feel like we were going to dinner at our grandmother's house. I recommend! :)

22/07/2024: I've been there twice and really no regrets. The manager is great with all customer cases, loyal ones or new ones. Tea a pure pleasure while you wait. And we really don't wait long and it stays warm until we get home and that's not cheap everywhere!
