16/05/2026: One star because it's impossible to give zero. The service was absolutely appalling. Before even a "good evening," they aggressively ask, "What time? What time?" No smile, no politeness, not even the decency to ask the name on the reservation. And beware if you have the misfortune of arriving 5 or 10 minutes early: you'll be coldly told, "I won't be able to see you before 7:45 pm." Unbelievable in a restaurant. We left immediately. There's no shortage of good pizzerias in Annecy. Avoid this one.

04/07/2026: Very warm welcome and fast service. The only downside was that the portions inside the fajitas were a bit small.

19/06/2026: A little disappointed. The salad wasn't as fresh as it should have been. The portions were tiny. The staff weren't very friendly, except for the young mixed-race man.

20/07/2026: Esprit de Famille was recommended to me. I decided to make my first visit for lunch with my grandparents. The welcome was impeccable. We were quickly seated near the window. The menu is simple but effective. We all had the smoked salmon as a starter; it was delicious. The duck parmentier was a little dry: the bottom of the dish could have used a bit more sauce, and the mashed potatoes could have benefited from an extra spoonful of butter. For dessert, the brioche French toast was delightful: it was warm, sweet, and fluffy—it was divine. There was a bit of a wait (they turned away many people without reservations), but the setting is pleasant. It's possible to park directly on the street. Thank you to our waitress, Jeanne, for her exemplary service, her kindness, and her energy. I will gladly return.

05/07/2026: Our first time at a traditional Flemish pub with my mother, and we were thrilled. The very friendly owner made us feel at ease and was very kind, as were the staff. And the food was simply fantastic. For my first full Welsh rarebit "butcher-style," it was delicious! I'll definitely be back if I'm ever in Lille again!

20/07/2026: Le Bistro d'Hervé was a pure stroke of luck on a hot July day. After exploring the old town, we stumbled upon this culinary gem around lunchtime, looking for a restaurant away from the tourist crowds on the edge of the old town. The charmingly designed terrace immediately caught our eye. The service was exceptionally attentive and friendly, the menu promised an exciting culinary journey – and we weren't disappointed. I had tuna tataki with a vegetable medley and was simply amazed by the high quality of the preparation. The fish was cooked to perfection: seared on the outside, raw on the inside. It practically melted in my mouth. The vegetables and fish were seasoned with exquisite flavor. The best tataki I've ever eaten! The second dish was a salmon carpaccio with a perfectly balanced lemon flavor, ideal for a hot summer day. Here, too, the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in the preparation were outstanding! All in all, we highly recommend Bistro d'Hervé!

31/03/2026: This restaurant is absolutely fantastic. I reached out to Muriel earlier in the year looking for a place to have a big meal for 16 people for my 40th birthday. Muriel was incredible from the start and so helpful, sending options and updated menus. We had a couple of people with additional dietary requirements which Muriel catered to perfectly. The location is right in the center of the town so really easy to get to. Inside is lovely, very nicely decorated and very atmospheric. We had drinks on arrival and all 16 of us had truly expectational food which came out quickly and at the same time. Honestly I cannot recommend this place more. All the staff were so happy and friendly and made us feel so welcome. We are all still talking about it and how delicious the food was and how nice everyone was. It was the perfect end to a great holiday. Thank you Muriel and team, we hope to see you again :-)

09/06/2026: We were warmly welcomed, but after a 30-minute wait, we still hadn't received a carafe of water and no one had come to take our order. We felt completely forgotten, while the takeaway orders kept pouring in. So we went to eat at Florencia, where our order was taken very quickly and the pizzas were excellent.

02/07/2026: I come regularly for the beef tartare because I trust the quality of the product. I had the pleasure of discovering the chocolate mousse with chocolate and salted butter cookie crumbles—pure bliss. The staff is friendly. The only downside is to avoid tables near the terrace door in winter because every time the door opens, you're enveloped in an icy chill. I recommend it.

20/06/2026: Honestly, this is our second visit. I would have given a 5-star review for the first time. The servers, Ismael and Cédric, were perfect. What a pleasure to have such pleasant, sincere, and honest people offering advice. Their smiles were simply delightful. It was truly a great experience, and we'll be back as soon as we can! The wine is good, the dishes vary, and they're always delicious. I highly recommend it. Thank you.

23/05/2026: The service and setting are fine. But the rest… The pizza had an unbelievably white crust, more like a mass-produced supermarket pizza. The tartare was completely blended, so it had no texture or flavor whatsoever. This is a far cry from Italy…
