04/08/2026: I wanted to find a nice hole in the wall, family ran restaurant where locals eat and this checked all of the boxes. Everyone that entered were treated like family and friends. The food portions were large. We ordered the combo and it was a sandwich, pasta salad and a dessert. Highly recommend going here for lunch, but bring an appetite!

02/07/2026: It's a tiny restaurant, but it's more than that. Reservations are highly recommended. The welcome is charming and the service pleasant. A winning formula at a great price for the daily starter-main course-dessert trio.
It's delicious and fresh, creative and beautifully presented. It's easy to see why this Mistral is so successful!

The food was delicious, especially the foie gras and Chef Guillaume's potato gratin.
The welcome was fantastic, very friendly and welcoming.
The setting is pleasant and a real change of scenery.
We highly recommend this inn.

08/08/2026: A very pleasant discovery! The set menu included a starter worthy of a gourmet restaurant (chilled pea soup with thyme ice cream and tomato brunoise).
The waiter was friendly and pleasant.
08/08/2026: A warm welcome and impeccable service from the young owner, who was very kind and polite. Generous and beautifully presented dishes.
It's a shame we were also disappointed to learn that the establishment will soon be closing... We'll be back before then ;)

Cancelled for unknown reasons; we were supposed to have received an email, it wasn't their fault, they said. But no email. And lunch at 2 PM... limited options for dining elsewhere. My culinary experience? I have no idea. Reliable? No.
12/09/2026: We traveled 200km from Pau to try this restaurant, and our reservation was confirmed by Uniity. Upon arrival, we were simply told that the reservation was cancelled. We received no email or message. Unacceptable!

02/08/2026: Wednesday evening we had another wonderful time at this restaurant where we truly enjoyed the food: consistently delicious, expertly prepared dishes made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The service was impeccable, always with a smile! I highly recommend this place.
