27/01/2026: It was a surprise. It's a very nice place, the food is good, the atmosphere is nothing special.
My opinion... The cuisine has been frozen back in the '80s; there's nothing that reflects our times. For what I tried, one start would be enough.
15/01/2026: An incredible first fine dining experience. The dish was delicious and the portion was more than generous. The sommelier and servers were always available.

19/02/2026: We always have a wonderful time, and sitting by the large wood-burning stove in this weather is so comforting. The food is fabulous, the menu concept is excellent, and the portions are generous. Five stars for the service! I don't know her name, but she's the only one in the dining room, always smiling, and she takes the time to chat and explain the dishes as if it were her own restaurant. See you very soon!

The service was impeccable.
All the appetizers, main courses, and desserts were good, and the flavor combinations were interesting.
The portions were generous. A minor complaint: the iced lemon tea lacked flavor, and the restrooms could use a good refresh.

It's still a shame that none of the artists' cabins were open!
10/03/2026: Your oysters are still as good as ever, but twice in a row I've cut myself just handling them. Are you "working" them less than before to remove the sharp parts?
