Alex, the owner, is particularly kind, welcoming, and always offers great advice, whether it's choosing a drink or discovering new wines. A warm atmosphere that makes you want to come back.

17/08/2026: The food was exeptional! I ordered an iced caramel latte, and a cookie and they tasted really nice. The atmosphere was what really sold me tough. Never thought I could find a place so peaceful right in one of the busiest area of Paris. Really worth the visit!

15/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! The salmon steak was excellent, served with perfectly cooked rice, vegetables, and a delicious sauce. The presentation was beautiful. The Virgin Mojito was very flavorful. The welcome was very warm and the service was quick. The servers were polite and attentive. The place is nicely decorated with vintage items and is clean. Highly recommended.

Refined and original cuisine, based on fresh, local, and mostly organic produce, at a very reasonable price for this type of food. The chef is very friendly and attentive, adapts his dishes to your tastes, and suggests perfect wine pairings. I highly recommend it!

23/07/2026: I've been a customer for over 10 years, and in all of Strasbourg (I'm a chef, by the way), there's no better Kavkaz or any other place like it. I never eat anywhere else when I'm not traveling, and even when I'm in other countries, I tell everyone about Kavkaz because everything is homemade and absolutely delicious. Sometimes I even order two Kavkaz to make sure I eat well for two days! 👉👍 My advice: don't go anywhere else. Kavkaz is the best, and I've been a chef for 15 years, so I know what I'm talking about.
