08/09/2026: We enjoyed the sun loungers with just the family and a cocktail: a very pleasant setting in a great "holiday" atmosphere! And the lake was the color of a lagoon! A dream!

11/09/2026: Tried the French toast and avocado toast for brunch, and the French toast was absolutely amazing! It was my first time trying authentic French toast in France and it was so, so delicious. Definitely a must-try French toast here!

28/08/2026: An incredible place!!! We had a fantastic time. The escape game had the most beautiful sets I've ever seen in all the escape games I've done. The stories are really great! The restaurant is also top-notch: we ate very well. And the service… What can I say? Incredible!!! The staff were extremely kind, from the two managers to the person in the dining room. Absolutely nothing to complain about, everything was perfect!! An experience I 100% recommend! ❤️

03/09/2026: A pleasant surprise! We didn't know where to eat and absolutely loved this little restaurant. The food is simple but very good, and homemade, which is becoming rare. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it; it's worth discovering.

06/07/2026: Service is excellent. Often, restaurants like Bibent have staff who are but civil. Dare I say the staff we interacted with were nice with maybe a tinge of warmth. Of the cassoulet we've tried during our two weeks in Occitanie, this was the best in terms of flavor. Perhaps the duck fat to meat ratio was higher than others we've eaten, but overall this has been our favorite. We were finally able to try a Fronton wine, and I am so happy to report that this restaurant knows how to store wine. It was served at the perfect (appropriate) temperature, and was very enjoyable. One small niggle is that not all the teas are Mariage Frères as listed on the menu. At least some are Damman Frères. Sort of false advertising if you have discriminating tea tastes! All in all, the restaurant is one we would happily return to for a nice meal. Recommended.

26/08/2026: I went to Maxim's for my birthday. A location steeped in history and charm. Extremely kind staff and delicious food. A special treat: they brought me a cake with a candle. Superb!
