22/07/2026: A charming establishment with a relaxed atmosphere. The service is attentive, the expectations are reasonable, and the location is very central.

13/07/2026: It was delicious! The foie gras terrine was served with something like an onion confiture, and it was fantastic when eaten together with the baguette! The lobster risotto used a whole lobster, making it a very substantial and luxurious dish. The seasoning was just right, with a rich cheese flavor that was delicious! For dessert, the fruit tartare and passion fruit ice cream were refreshing and delicious! I was surprised when the sommelier brought out red wine when I asked for a wine to pair with the lobster risotto, but it was delicious too!

10/05/2026: Fantastic place for our stopover on the way to the Morvan. Dogs are welcome, the staff is extremely friendly, and you sleep very quietly in the old part. On the way back, we slept in the newer part and that was not a success: the neighbors across the street, living in private homes, were sitting outside chatting and barking until the early hours of the morning. So, windows closed.

23/07/2026: A wonderful discovery in every way: the welcome, the setting, the atmosphere, the service, and the food. Nothing but positive things to say about our first visit without a reservation. It's recommended to book ahead; this establishment is very popular, and understandably so. We will gladly return, and we'll definitely make a reservation next time.

22/07/2026: We had a very good meal; the portions were generous and delicious. However, we were a little disappointed by some of the service. We had barely sat down when a waitress arrived with a bottle of ice-cold Evian and a bottle of ice-cold Badoit, simply asking if we wanted still or sparkling water. Caught off guard by the heat, we accepted both (at €8 each bottle 😅). Another surprise came when we went to pay: paper meal vouchers weren't accepted, only meal voucher cards. We hadn't seen any information about this before the bill arrived. It's a shame, because these little details detract from what could have been a perfect experience, given the quality of the food.

07/07/2026: There were four of us this Sunday for an excellent meal. The setting is beautiful. The food was delicious. The chef is very welcoming. He's the only one in the kitchen and in the dining room. He's very well organized to serve you without any waiting. Don't hesitate to stop by if you're passing by. It's true that from the outside it doesn't look like much, but it has a real charm inside, both in the dining room and on the plate. This restaurant is also air-conditioned, which is very welcome given the heatwave. Congratulations to the owner. We'll be back.

26/06/2026: I just had dinner at Le Moulin. The manager is available, which is a good thing. Aside from the non-profit aspect, which might be a drawback, the dishes are generous and beautifully presented. Excellent value for money. You could call it catering quality. Le Moulin serves on the terrace. That's cool. If you need to open the door, be prepared to use some muscle, or a crowbar. After a few minutes, I found myself in the dark. I had to open the door to get the light back in. The volunteers are a bit [censored], but that's what you see in these kinds of situations. It's a non-profit, after all! Enjoy your meal!

15/06/2026: Very nice restaurant in a picturesque setting. Beautiful garden at the back where you can enjoy an excellent Menu de Midi. At the front, a small terrace for a quick drink. Limited choice so not expensive, and served quickly, because it is actually intended for working people, of course. Highly recommended!

29/06/2026: I asked for a Diet Coke, and the waitress told me they didn't have any, without offering me anything else. So I took a carafe of water that tasted like bleach, making it undrinkable. As for the main course, I ordered a medium-rare butcher's cut, but it was served rare, and I left half of it because it was too fatty. I'm still waiting for the waitress to ask if I wanted dessert. Avoid this place at all costs!

13/05/2026: Really strong French Bistro who really make an effort with the food and service. I had the pate and Veal kidney and both were superb and very good value. A must if you are cycling in the area or visiting the local attractions.

02/05/2026: Lunch on a Saturday at the restaurant: The quality is nowhere near what you'd expect for the price: starters between €12 and €23, main courses between €18 and €31, for mediocre food. Tasteless ingredients, industrial sliced ​​bread, overcooked fish... a bill of €80 for two people, without wine or dessert... Well located, but that's about it.

06/06/2026: The pizzas (takeaway) are clearly too small for the price (junior size for €15 on average). The toppings are fresh and high quality. The crust is very basic, nothing special. Long wait times due to its popularity.
