21/06/2026: Hello, we are a group of 30 people and had lunch yesterday at La Centaurée after visiting the JL Gaignard motorcycle museum. The meal was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Very good value for money. I highly recommend this restaurant.

15/10/2025: Unfortunately, I didn't have the presence of mind to ask the man who served my partner and me his first name; otherwise, I would have thanked him directly. I had a wonderful time, aside from the fact that the quality of the products is incredible at more than reasonable prices, and, yes, a pétanque court in the basement—that's really too many qualities. I was extremely demanding (annoying) when it came to the wine, and I found more than I was looking for at (once again) a more than reasonable price. We were served a charcuterie board with wonderful, albeit classic, products (my fault, I should have experimented; out of shyness, I didn't). So I left with a won over heart and a smile on my face. I'll be back soon (tomorrow, for example). Thank you, thank you, thank you, and see you soon.

22/03/2026: I really enjoyed this balanced and original cuisine. They forgot the peanuts in my bo bun, but otherwise, no complaints. Very fresh and always a smile, so very pleasant.

06/02/2026: I'm a regular customer, the bo bun is simply irresistible, and the desserts are a real treat!

30/05/2026: Very disappointed, I found fly eggs on my fries (which also looked like they were from the day before) and when I went to show it to the waitress so she could change them (which she did afterwards) she was condescending and didn't believe me even when she saw it, so very unpleasant.

28/05/2026: I wanted to get a takeaway item, and the woman stood in front of me for 10 minutes without even asking, even though I had the bucket right in front of me. Unacceptable! I won't be going back to KFC Alès. No smile, no hello, they have no manner of speaking.

30/06/2026: What can I say except that everything was perfect, the Lyonnaise inspiration sublimely refined and brought up to date. We were taken from one surprise to the next with this inspired menu. From the amuse-bouches, we were treated to something sublime, with the little bugnes au gratin (my wife's favorite) and the magnificent pike quenelle. From foie gras to veal trotters to squab, finishing with a dessert of astonishing lightness and freshness made with peach, we experienced an extraordinary journey. The wines selected for the pairing were surprising yet perfectly complemented the dishes, and the service was impeccable, friendly, and without the stiffness of some Michelin-starred restaurants. This was my third or fourth visit to Maître Tetedoie, and I am still just as enthusiastic. I hope that next time, the second star will be there, because it is more than deserved.

29/06/2026: A wonderful experience, with impeccable service, in a location with a beautiful view. The cuisine was excellent, super tasty, executed and presented with mastery. Highlights include the amazing appetizers and the sensational cheese... The desserts were delicious, and I even received a mini birthday cake, which was also wonderful... Truly a restaurant that lives up to its Michelin star!
