The food is absolutely delicious—homemade, and Nadège, the owner, has a wonderful smile and a great sense of humor, creating a pleasant atmosphere and ensuring you have a fantastic time. We were a group of friends, and we ordered a wide variety of dishes, and everything was delicious. Go for it!

05/09/2026: A wonderful holiday at the Le Moulin des Gypses gîte, nestled among vineyards and olive groves at the foot of Mont Ventoux. Our hosts, Yves and José, gave us a superb welcome to their property. We enjoyed some truly wonderful moments sharing tastings and explanations of their highly rated wines, as well as their excellent olive oil… they are clearly passionate about what they do! The very pleasant gîte is charming, spotlessly clean, and very well-equipped, with a large swimming pool in a verdant setting. We made some lovely acquaintances during our stay… thank you all! Thank you, Yves and José, for your hospitality… Don't change a thing! Sophie and Thierry.

23/06/2026: Le Moulin des Gypses is a place you'll find hard to leave. This historic setting exudes a peaceful and exotic atmosphere. José gave us a very warm welcome and even anticipated our needs. The wines he and Yves produce are of excellent quality at very reasonable prices. The accommodations are very spacious and spotless. The swimming pool is very large with plenty of sun loungers. It's ideally located for sightseeing.

19/07/2026: Wonderful experience! We stayed one night with our family. From the moment we booked, the staff were incredibly attentive. Their friendliness and desire to please and make us happy were evident in every interaction. The hotel is very well located, the rooms are very clean and spacious, and the pool is a real bonus! I hope to return soon, especially to try the breakfast this time :) Thank you again for the warm welcome; I highly recommend it and will gladly return!

25/06/2026: Very warm welcome, clean room overlooking the inner courtyard, close to Avignon. The village isn't very lively; there are no places open in the evening.
