10/09/2026: This is my fourth time here, so it's time to leave a review. I can't start with anything other than the welcome. The staff stands out for their patience, warm welcome, enthusiasm, and kindness, especially the gentleman whose name I don't know. The food is excellent, the menu options are varied, and always fully customizable. The staff is patient and knows how to advise us very well on our choices based on the ingredients and flavor combinations. The dishes are homemade (like the guacamole), the ingredients are high quality and sourced from France, and the flavors are always spot on. I highly recommend their barbacoa pork. Vegetarian options are also available. Finally, the prices are fair and affordable, with a big bonus for the student menu which offers particularly good value for money.

20/09/2026: Chez Fernand Christine was one of those places we chose in advance, and I preferred to make the reservation from Spain. And we were right. We shared the onion soup and the beef bourguignon. We really enjoyed the soup, although eating it with any dignity requires a bit of technique 😅. The beef bourguignon was spectacular: one of those dishes you just want to keep dipping bread in. And the crème brûlée was the perfect finishing touch. I would definitely go back. The service was excellent: attentive and professional throughout the entire meal. I also appreciated a small detail I hadn't found anywhere else: in the bathroom, instead of toilet paper, there were small individual towels for drying your hands, which were then placed in a basket to be washed. A simple detail, but one that makes all the difference. We had a wonderful meal and felt very comfortable. A place I would definitely return to.

16/09/2026: A terrible place. We were all ushered in at 7 pm. We were all seated at the same time. We were packed in like sardines. We ate: appetizers, main courses, and dessert, alongside everyone else who had their noses practically glued to their plates the whole time. We ate veal kidneys. They tasted essentially like rubber and Dijon mustard. The icing on the cake? Since I was surrounded by Americans (I assume), they had the bright idea of ​​charging me for the tip even though it was included… A terrible restaurant. Avoid it. The only restaurant in Paris I hated. Over 100 euros down the drain…

01/08/2026: A perfect experience from start to finish. There were seven of us this lunchtime to celebrate two birthdays. We were seated in a private room, and the birthday people received thoughtful touches. We had an aperitif followed by the €48 set menu. Amuse-bouche, starter, main course, dessert, and petit fours with coffee: everything was excellent, and the plates were left spotless. A wonderful place, just the kind we love. Thank you.

From the appetizer to the dessert, it was excellent! I absolutely recommend it! My only regret is not living closer so I could eat there more often...
