02/09/2026: We had a wonderful time at Le Cercle d’Or. We received a very warm welcome, the restaurant is lovely, and it has a terrace. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The waitress was incredibly kind and pleasant. Honestly, from the moment we arrived until the end of our meal, everything went perfectly. We had a fantastic time and we'll definitely be back!

05/09/2026: I use an electric wheelchair and I highly recommend this chip shop! 👍 Parking is free and wheelchair access is no problem at all. The staff are incredibly attentive: super friendly, smiling, very kind, and helpful. 👏 I had a merguez and fries burger, which was very generous. It had been a long time since I'd had such good fries, real old-fashioned fries! 🍟😋 And with a choice of sauces, it's really great. I recommend this chip shop without hesitation. 26/08/2026: So glad that we chose to stop here! Needed lunch and refreshments on a hot day. Too hot to sit just inside, and there seemed to be no seats outside. I let the woman behind the counter know that we were going to leave because we were too hot, and she said that we could sit farther inside where it was air conditioned, or she would find us a table outside. We opted for the outside table, and we are so glad that we stayed! The food was delicious, and the service was above and beyond. My sister and I had lunch while my husband was at the Louvre. When he was finished there, he joined us at the restaurant. They added another table so that he had space, they added another umbrella so that we were all shaded, and they did not rush us away even though by that point it was after 2 pm. Definitely worth stopping here! Reasonably priced delicious food with amazing service!

29/03/2026: Hi Stéphane 🙃. I wanted to thank you again for our quadruple birthday party last night. Everything was great, the guests really enjoyed themselves, but the evening went by far too quickly. 🤭 I highly recommend Les Poireaux de Marguerite. The neighborhood is clean and not at all dodgy (useful for getting home at night or parking your bike). Here's a short list of what we appreciated about the organization: - We had a large room to ourselves (upstairs) with a terrace, - The room can accommodate more than 30 people, - There's a sound system that works very well via Bluetooth (you just need a playlist on your phone), - Since it's a casual restaurant, there's no music on the ground floor. Your music won't be overpowered by someone else's, or you can choose to have none at all if you prefer. The charcuterie, cheese, crudités, and quiches are reasonably priced and high quality. The buckets of cocktails, with or without alcohol, are a real treat for guests and easy on the wallet (and you can ask the chef for a homemade recipe 🤫). You can take your cakes home and put them in the fridge. Stéphane handles the service throughout the evening and is very discreet (like a ninja). And he's always smiling. We even made a small blunder with the organization, but Stéphane was very understanding. Well, there are other good points, but I'll let you discover them for yourselves. 🙃

25/08/2026: I had read some negative reviews, especially about one waiter, but I went for lunch there anyway on a Sunday with a friend, and I absolutely don't regret it. The food was delicious, and both waiters provided impeccable service.

04/09/2026: Excellent service, the Maître D was very friendly and told us about the specials. The drinks were prompt and the food came quick. I had the aubergine tortellini which was delicious. Highly recommend going here

22/08/2026: In a two and a half week cycling trip across France, this was perhaps my favourite lunch. A wonderfully unreconstructed old eatery, with friendly, rapid service and delicious homemade food. We enjoyed the excellent buffet of starters, followed by an andouillette of top quality, and a pleasant plate of cheese. Wine was included, and all at a highly reasonable price. Not a word of criticism!

A simple and authentic place where you feel right at home. Thank you to the staff for their kindness; we will gladly return and recommend it.

30/09/2026: As a vegetarian, I ordered two burgers, one vegetarian and one vegan, and they were absolutely delicious! Generous portions, fast service. Special mention to the be rosti; it was simply divine. I highly recommend it!
