26/05/2026: It's hard to find anything negative to say about the Hotel Florus. A survivor of the family-run hotel industry and the service that goes with it. Friendly, dedicated staff—a real pleasure. Unfortunately, the rooms aren't very soundproof. But I would still go back.

20/05/2026: The hotel has an old-fashioned feel, but it's been renovated. The room was spacious and pleasant. However, the bathroom was quite small. The bedding was impeccable. The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was good, but only offered sweets, which might be a bit limited depending on your taste. The real drawback is the soundproofing: you can easily hear what's happening in the hallway and in neighboring rooms. The bathroom ventilation vent opens directly onto the street, which also lets in outside noise.

21/05/2026: I've been a regular customer for a while now, so I'm posting a detailed review here. This establishment is a good alternative for a quick meal, avoiding the need to go to a bakery. Its location in the Pipa area is quite unique, somewhere between a snack bar and a traditional restaurant. The menu is varied and interesting, and generally good, however, I have a few complaints: - Individual prices outside of set menus aren't always displayed (sometimes they are, sometimes they aren't...). - I like to have a dairy product/compote and a dessert, but I find it excessive to price the Les 2 Vaches yogurts, Charles & Alice compotes, and La Bressane faisselle cheese the same as the other desserts, i.e., €3! - Regarding the desserts, the flans and éclairs don't look very appealing. They're probably mass-produced and don't seem to be of very good quality. - I think there's a lack of starters, or perhaps small salads, such as lentil salad with a few tomatoes and grated carrots, which would be a nice complement to a daily special, a croque monsieur, etc. - Finally, a special mention for the slice of pie served on a plate with a green salad; at €3.50, it's a good, affordable starter! Looking forward to returning for lunch. Sincerely.

02/05/2026: The airport is easily accessible. The terminal is very well-equipped despite being relatively quiet. There's a restaurant right next door, which is a bonus for pilots passing through.

20/01/2026: We stumbled upon this place, which we'd never heard of, and out of curiosity, we bought a ginger sesame bar and a pistachio marshmallow bar. Both impressed us with their taste and quality; we'll definitely order more next time!

15/06/2026: Delicious African food prepared and served by an African–French couple. Excellent exotic cuisine, African beers (surprisingly good), outstanding rosé wine, and very reasonable prices.

04/02/2026: If you're looking for high-quality pastries made with local, premium ingredients, look no further! Having tasted countless pastries, I can tell you these are exceptional. I didn't like Pithiviers fondant before trying Cyrille Perthuisot's. The boutique pastries are excellent and refined. And what can I say about the chocolates! This is where you see the difference between these and cakes from a bakery; this is a true pastry shop, and you can clearly taste the difference! It's refined, indulgent, and generous. Without a doubt, the best place in the region!

04/06/2026: This evening was particularly important to us as it was my partner's birthday. Once again, this exceptional couple of restaurateurs played a major role in making it a resounding success. In the kitchen, the chef was impeccable, without a single misstep, and the service was simply perfect from beginning to end. It wasn't our first visit, but this experience deserves special mention because the quality of the welcome, the cuisine, and the attention to detail was truly remarkable. A huge thank you to the entire team for this wonderful evening that we won't soon forget.

27/06/2026: This restaurant was recommended to us on the free walking tour, and we went there in Petite France. It was a great choice. The tarte flambées were exquisite. We tried the mushroom tarte flambée, and it was incredible. We also tried a Spätzle Bouches la Reine, a typical Alsatian dish, and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend eating at this establishment. As a side note, the tourist train passes by the terrace approximately every 30 minutes.

21/06/2026: Onion soup, burrata salad, pizza, and crème brûlée are something else entirely. The problem is the internet is very weak; you need to prepare some chats.
