23/05/2026: A great little lunch stop. We didn’t realise that the set price of €18.50 included a buffet style starter, bread, a choice of main, cheese with more bread & a dessert. Also included was wine & water. The food was good & plentiful but I wish we’d left room for dessert.

04/06/2026: The service was too slow, the food was okay but nothing special, it was impossible to eat the Vietnamese burger with your hands, and the place was too noisy.
I don't recommend it.

02/07/2026: The boy at the reception desk was really kind to all the customers. There was a wait for orders because it was busy, and that's when I noticed his kindness; he handled the crowd well. In general, the staff are friendly! Thank you :)
29/06/2026: I find that since they've had new staff members, they're very welcoming and it's much better 👍👍 The only slight problem is that it fills up quickly, there's not much space, but otherwise it's changed a lot, don't stay the way you are, great team 👍👍😉😉

05/05/2026: A stop at this restaurant before catching a train at the station across the street was a very pleasant surprise! The value for money is outstanding, the drinks and food are excellent (vegetarian options available), and the 60s/70s ambiance gives this place a special atmosphere. It's also run by volunteers who organize conferences and other events!
In short, a stop I highly recommend if you're passing through Bourg-en-Bresse.

19/05/2026: Marius's pizzas are amazing. Everything is fresh, and he makes them right in front of you if you're there.
He's super friendly, loves to joke around, and chat about anything and everything. He's very serious about his work.
He's been in the same place for years, and his products are always so fresh.
You just call him, place your order, and by the time you get there, it's ready or almost ready.
I wish him many more successful years.
I love it!

10/07/2026: While passing through downtown Angers, I stopped at Le Fournil du Pilori to buy some bread. 🥖😊 The bread was delicious, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. A pleasant visit; I highly recommend it! ✨

Really excellent value for the quality, and the owner was so sweet! Would easily cost double where I live, I miss this boulangerie

12/07/2026: A restaurant with real character! Over 25 years in business, it shows. The waiter immediately put us at ease with his informal address; we knew we were in for a good time. But above all, the pizzas were amazing! And the price was more than reasonable.
