17/07/2026: 🌍 A true invitation to travel! ✈️ We opted for the tasting menu, and what an excellent choice it was! Each dish transported us a little further, with flavors we don't usually find elsewhere, and they delighted our taste buds. A little secret: I'm not usually a fan of ginger or bananas… and against all odds, I was completely won over! Even the rum, which isn't my favorite spirit, pleasantly surprised me with its finesse in a perfectly balanced cocktail 🍹 It just goes to show that when a dish is prepared with passion and expertise, it can change even the most skeptical minds 😁 The welcome was simply exceptional: warm, friendly, and genuine… we immediately felt at home. The setting is magnificent, perfectly in keeping with the theme, and contributes fully to this immersive experience. A lovely touch at the end of our meal with the little ring we received was a real delight and a beautiful memento of this wonderful experience. 19/09/2026: Hello Mr. Pierre Sang, I just watched a video of you preparing a ribeye steak with a champagne béarnaise sauce—a very nice recipe. However, I am absolutely appalled by the habits you clearly maintain in the kitchen: namely, tasting with a spoon that you then tirelessly return to a container of water, reusing throughout the recipe, and then using, after licking it clean, to serve… Are you aware that you are performing actions that pose a very high risk of cross-contamination for your customers? I find these habits completely irresponsible for a professional of your stature. Disposable spoons exist that could do the job while respecting the essential food hygiene rules required in your profession. I confess to being extremely disappointed, but rest assured, you are not the only one, and that is precisely the real problem…

11/09/2026: While walking to the Le Louvre from Notre Dame Cathedral and stumbled to Les Deux Palais. The terrace was packed as well as inside. We were greeted and sat without waiting. We asked for the terrace. The view is nice to watch everyone and everything happening around you. We ordered escargot, french onion soup, onglet de boeuf and the 8CONFITURE DE FRAISE OU CARAMEL BEURRE SALÉ Service was adequate for it being busy. The staff was moving fast. But once we got our order, the food was good and tasty. If you ever stubble across Les Deux Palais or have thought of giving them a try, do it

04/08/2026: I came for lunch today with a friend. We ordered two masala prawns, which were very good but slightly salty. The waitress was fantastic; she gave us a very warm welcome, was always smiling, and attended to all our needs. We'll be back! 😊

04/08/2026: We spent 3 days in Paris and loved this restaurant so much that we visited every day. The food is outstanding, especially “palak paneer” was honestly best I’ve ever tasted. Flavours were perfect and service was always friendly and attentive, must visit for anyone looking for great food.

09/09/2026: I came to this establishment for dinner on a Wednesday evening at 7:30 pm on the recommendation of the owner of Château La Brosse, where I was spending the night. The restaurant owner refused me, claiming she already had a group and wouldn't take anyone else. It's outrageous to be a restaurant owner and refuse someone for that reason. There were barely 20 people on the terrace. It's appalling.

20/04/2026: A truly enchanting experience! Stepping through Ida's door is like finding the comfort of home. The welcome is incredibly warm and the food is simply delicious, authentic, and generous. You feel right at home, the food is wonderful... You can't wait to go back. I'm especially looking forward to trying the spaghetti and meatballs.

The restaurant is equally impressive, served by our young and dedicated receptionist. The food is excellent and the staff delightful. The shaded terrace is simply magnificent, and the parking is very conveniently located. We highly recommend it.

10/05/2026: We organized a birthday weekend at this hotel and everything went extremely well from beginning to end. The accommodation was truly top-notch, the meals excellent, both in terms of quality and service. The staff were lovely, always attentive and very caring throughout our stay. The hotel is also very well located and the outdoor spaces are really pleasant, especially the terraces and the little relaxation area, perfect for unwinding in the evening. The entire team did everything possible to ensure our weekend was perfect, and it showed. A huge thank you to them; we highly recommend it!
