16/06/2026: We came as a family of four for Easter vacation, from Sunday to Friday. The hotel is aging, near a small shopping center and a Flunch restaurant (they share the same free parking lot), so it was very crowded. The fire alarm went off at 6:00 AM, and in the evening there was a Gypsy wedding and a fight in the parking lot, making it impossible to sleep (the rooms are poorly soundproofed). On the day of departure, we were asked to pay for breakfast, even though we had already paid for it through Hotels.com. Luckily, the manager let it go, but the guy at the reception desk was very insistent. The rooms are also very dated (damaged paint, doors, etc.), but they do have a small refrigerator. The breakfast is great, I recommend it, and the bar is nice too, but the terrace and pool are, again, outdated. In short, it's in a good location in Hyères, but it's not worth 4 stars...

13/06/2026: All the staff were very welcoming, warm, attentive, and smiling: from the Victor restaurant staff to the hotel staff. My daughter was celebrating her birthday, and everyone spontaneously wished her a happy birthday. The pool is very pleasant, as is the room.

10/07/2026: A terrace on a charming street, absolutely lovely staff, and a truly delicious "pizza frita combre," a rare Neapolitan specialty in Paris. A Pinot Grigio rosé and a grappa: pure bliss! Thank you all.

08/07/2026: I'm sorry to have to leave a negative review, but my experience was very disappointing. I felt the restaurant was more concerned with accommodating as many customers as possible than with the quality of the food and service. We ordered several different dishes to get a true sense of the menu. Unfortunately, none of them lived up to expectations: the dishes seemed carelessly prepared with mediocre ingredients. The most disappointing aspect was the value for money. I paid around €40 for a meal that, in my opinion, was absolutely not worth it. It's a shame, as I was hoping for a much better experience. I hope this review will encourage the restaurant to improve the quality of its food and service.

06/07/2026: The brasserie is a friendly, family-oriented place. The service was impeccable, with lots of smiles and generous portions. There are two large air-conditioned rooms, which are very welcome in this weather (and the temperature is perfect), and a large terrace.

30/06/2026: Ordered as a main course: very fatty pork ribs. Practically no meat.

28/06/2026: In this heat, it's lovely to meet up at the Bistrot de Serine; it's cool inside, the welcome is perfect, and the starters, main courses, and desserts are delicious.

12/07/2026: We had a wonderful time at this lovely little restaurant. The staff were friendly and welcoming...it was so refreshing! The tuna steak was a real treat, and the €25 squid menu was also excellent. The only downside was the dessert of the day: the Tropézienne tart wasn't very good (a bitter cream, at least to me), but we'll definitely go back because it's really nice and good value for money. Thank you for everything.

30/06/2026: Very well located with parking nearby. The staff is welcoming, and the place is really very pleasant. We went for a dinner party.

28/06/2026: A discreet, almost secret spot with a park. We went there for a party. The restaurant is very good, the service impeccable, simple, and efficient. A lovely place for a celebration.

20/06/2026: Perfect for an afternoon snack! The iced tea is a little gem in this heat and the service is very good :-)

11/06/2026: Had a nice freshly made batch brew. The barista indicated that sometimes they brew on demand to keep the coffee fresh (definitely welcome the initiative).

01/07/2026: The food is good and plentiful, not too crowded, but that's normal in a village like this. Spotless.

24/06/2026: This is our second time here and we're just as satisfied as before! We're never disappointed. The manager is very pleasant, always smiling, and attentive. The food is excellent, the dishes are delicious, and the service is top-notch. Since moving to the city, we now know where to go for a great meal 😊 We'll definitely be back!

14/05/2026: The pizza was very good and generously topped. The Cabicou burger was excellent. The fries served with it were also very good. For dessert, the tiramisu could have been a little more coffee-soaked, but that didn't stop me from enjoying it 😋. The service was impeccable, and the waiter gave good advice on the rosé. Payment by check only, no credit cards.

10/05/2026: We came for dinner in the evening, were warmly welcomed, received our aperitifs fairly quickly, ordered our four pizzas, and then… nothing for an hour and a half. No server came to see us between the end of our aperitifs and the arrival of the pizzas, so we waited an hour and a half for four pizzas. We pointed this out to the waitress, who was very unpleasant and somewhat aggressive in her response, explaining that it wasn't her fault and that we shouldn't address that kind of comment to her. The quality of the pizzas, which were delicious, more than made up for the unpleasant service and the interminable wait.

09/06/2026: We were very pleased with the welcome and were upgraded, so we had nothing but positive things to say about the quality and size of our room.

08/06/2026: We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Restaurant Baud. The setting is superb, peaceful, and very pleasant—perfect for a relaxing break. The welcome was warm, and the staff were truly attentive, friendly, and professional. We also thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant, with its refined and flavorful cuisine. A truly excellent place that we highly recommend. We will gladly return.

04/07/2026: Excellent welcome, fast service. The burger was a bit dry, but the mussels with Roquefort cheese were okay. The gourmet coffee, in my opinion, was a mixed bag.
