14/02/2026: A pork feast day, as every year, but this will be the last. Out of 9 people, 6 didn't order the full menu (starter, main course, dessert) but only a main course and a dessert, as offered on the menu. We were surprised that everyone received the traditional broth, but since it was just two ladles of broth with two small pieces of bread, we assumed it was part of the set menu. Then came the surprise on the bill: 6 broths charged at €5 each, totaling €30! €5 for two ladles of broth! What's more, we hadn't ordered it! Excuse me, but this is SHAMEFUL, we certainly won't be back! And I almost forgot, not a goodbye or a thank you for a bill of €430!

15/04/2026: The pizza was way too salty. I ordered the salmon one, but it wasn't salmon, it was smoked trout, judging by the salt! And I also ordered the curry one, but there wasn't much to eat. Not great.

09/04/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant with my 10-year-old son. We enjoyed some absolutely exceptional pasta with anchovies and capers: full of flavor, perfectly seasoned… honestly, I've never had such good pasta! We also ordered a four-cheese pizza, which was generous and delicious, with a perfectly balanced blend of cheeses. To finish, the chocolate mousse was pure bliss: smooth, light, and incredibly decadent. The service was truly amazing: warm, attentive, and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend this place; we'll definitely be back!

03/06/2026: I arrived at the restaurant to find it completely full, and Christophe, the waiter, went out of his way to find me a table for three, even though I showed up without a reservation. It was a truly delightful experience, and the meal was delicious, including the daily special and dessert. The location and setting are absolutely perfect... just imagine... only steps from the Corderie Royale! I highly recommend this restaurant, and thank you again to the waiter.

We received a very warm welcome, the food was good, my salad was generous and beautifully presented. The pizza and burger were also very good. The restrooms were very clean, which was a plus.

09/12/2025: I used to be a regular customer at Les 3 Brasseurs, however, I won't be going back. I used to go there for their Welsh rarebit sausage, which was very good. Since the Welsh rarebit sausage was no longer on the menu, I asked if it was possible to add another sausage for an extra charge. They told me it would be €1.50 extra, then a minute later they said €3. I told the waitress that I had been told €1.50, except we were right next to the bar. The bartender told his colleague, "If he's not happy, he can just eat at Buffalo Grill." Nice! Anyway, I received my Welsh rarebit sausage, as I'm a regular customer, and this time, as if by magic, it was inedible. So, this is the first time this has happened to me at this restaurant, and I'm really, really unhappy.

06/03/2026: Came all the way from Tokyo hunting for cassoulet and Restaurant les Fabricants did not disappoint! Excellent ambience, delicious food, kind staff - a real gem! English menus and very friendly English speaking staff will make you feel right at home. The cassoulet was incredible, and the portion enormous (it was too much for a solo diner but I tried my best). Will definitely visit again on my next trip to Paris.

04/03/2026: A truly strange experience. The card reader is hidden solely to force you to pay in cash, making you believe they don't accept cards. You have to fight for several minutes to finally pay by card. Otherwise, the food is decent. The portions are generous, but some of the ingredients leave something to be desired. It's a real shame it ended like this.
