04/07/2026: A wonderful discovery in Verdun, a beautiful setting near the Meuse River. Large, free parking area suitable for groups, banquets, weddings, and dances. A very warm welcome. A variety of excellent set menus are available. For €22, including a starter, main course, and dessert (the mirabelle plum soup was superb), the price is generous! Highly recommended.

22/07/2026: We were there because the area was blocked by the Tour de France, and it was the only restaurant open at the time. We don't regret going! The food was very good, served with a smile, and the cyclists arriving created a great atmosphere! The only slight downside was the price of the drinks. Otherwise, the value for money for the dishes was very good and generous.

21/07/2026: Impeccable service and the two separate tartares, beef and salmon, were well-seasoned, along with very good fries and lamb's lettuce salad with a mild vinaigrette. The sauce for the fries was plentiful and a well-known brand. The gourmet coffee was very good and varied. I support this restaurant, which is 40 years old and has been owned by the current owners for 20 years. It's an address where quality, freshness of products, and friendliness are the essence of this restaurant. These kinds of gems are rare these days and deserve a lunch or dinner where you leave feeling full and satisfied. I will gladly return. 16/07/2026: To begin with, there's no air conditioning. The atmosphere isn't very welcoming. The menu doesn't include any pictures of the dishes, and when we asked for explanations, the waitress was unable to help. I asked for water, and they brought me water full of limescale. My husband had clearly specified that he wanted a dish without vegetables. In the end, his dish arrived with vegetables. When he pointed this out, the chef replied that he couldn't cancel the order. Frankly, I don't understand the success of this restaurant. In our opinion, it doesn't deserve its reputation.

04/07/2026: Authentic Japanese restaurant, the entire team is Japanese. The older chefs prepare the sushi right in front of you. Even the waitresses are Japanese and have a little trouble with French, so it's best to speak English if you have any questions. Special mention for the sea bass, scallop, and eel sushi; the rice was also good. The appetizers are tiny, so it's best to order one per person if needed. Everything we ordered was good except for the salmon, which was just okay, and the red bean paste dessert (way too sweet, and you can tell it came from a can... don't order dessert here, it's not worth it. For a Friday night, the restaurant was quite empty, so I don't think you needed a reservation. They don't have a website or online booking system; it's only by phone.

20/06/2026: I rarely write reviews, but this establishment truly deserves it. My younger brother, my mother, and I came today to try a 3 kg burger (The Ogre). The burger was delicious, made with local Vosges products, and not at all dry. The bacon, the steak—everything was fresh and tasty. Similarly, all their dishes are local and excellent. We also ordered andouille sausage with grated potatoes: it was delicious. The service and the waiters are generally pleasant, even a bit joking, but always in good spirits! A quick note on prices: on average, expect to pay between €20 and €28 per person, which is a plus for local, high-quality products. (Except for the notable case of the "anti-crisis" menu under €20, which is still an excellent way to treat yourself without breaking the bank these days.) Friends from the Vosges, come and dine here! For our part, we will return as soon as possible to eat there.

15/05/2026: A very nice little kebab shop 🥙 with very friendly, competent, dynamic, professional, and organized staff. The premises are clean, well laid out, and organized. Food hygiene is very well maintained, the food is of very good quality, and there is a diverse and varied selection of drinks. The owners were so kind that they gave my best friend and me a 1.5L bottle of Pepsi, which I sincerely thank them for. The prices are in line with what is offered and frankly, they are very reasonable considering the service and the products sold. This small restaurant is located on Place du Petit Bourg and is very close to the Petit Bourg bus stop and the Leclerc Express supermarket. Parking is available, and you can then order to eat in or take away. I highly recommend it.

10/07/2026: We came back this evening as a family and once again everything was great! Lionnel is always attentive to every detail to ensure we feel welcome; we love coming to this brasserie. The food is excellent!

29/04/2026: We had an excellent stay at this hotel where everything is done to make guests feel at home. The cuisine is very good, featuring organic and/or local products. The atmosphere is cozy and the welcome is warm, even familial. The Tour de France will pass by this hotel in July 2026. Attention cycling enthusiasts if you want to take advantage of the many benefits of this excellent establishment while being in the front row for this sporting event.

29/04/2026: A wonderful experience at the hotel! Ideally located in the heart of nature between Murat and Prat de Bouc, in a peaceful and relaxing setting. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel and the rooms are immaculate, spotlessly clean. A truly excellent place that I highly recommend!

01/04/2026: What can I say, everything is incredible!! The pastries are exquisite in both taste and presentation. The bakery's "sports bread" is a real treat (even for those who aren't athletes). The snacks, from sandwiches to muffins, are all delicious. For those with a little more time, don't hesitate to enjoy the quiet and pleasant tea room. The welcome, the products—everything makes this bakery worth stopping by, and definitely worth returning to. Special mention for the peanut trompe l'oeil—Cedric Grollet had better watch out!! Bravo to Charline, Germain, and the whole team.
