20/06/2026: The dough is too thin and doesn't rise; it's quite large but not very thick. On the plus side, the price is good, so the value for money is acceptable.

10/05/2026: Aggressive manager: a complete lack of business acumen. As a local customer, I am outraged by the treatment I received today. Despite having made purchases in the shop, the manager verbally attacked me about my use of the terrace, even though I was about to leave after speaking with the waitress. A business owner should strive to retain their neighbors rather than drive them away. I will not be returning.

24/05/2026: Enjoyed a lovely dinner after a long journey; we stayed at the owner's adjacent B&B. As a starter, the delicious burrata salad; for the main course, a very tasty steak tartare (my wife had snails); and to finish, delicious cheeses. He rolls up with the cheese cart from which you can pick out some cheese yourself; pair this with an excellent port and the enjoyment is complete! Delightfully authentic decor, friendly and fast service, wide selection on the menu. Very pet-friendly and just nice to order in the Dutch way (or French, if you can).

16/01/2026: Great find! Friendly owner who manages his terrace well. Very friendly waitress, dishes a bit pricey but generous and tasty, and no overbooking, so a great customer experience. We'll be back, don't change a thing, it's becoming rare in Les Sybelles.

03/07/2026: I arrived there, wanting a ribeye steak! Uhhh, they were out!! Morgan ran down the road to the Beltrando butcher shop next door to get me a superb one, afraid I'd go to Pizzati! Delicious, what a welcome! Now I get the set menus without a menu; I ask him what I want to eat, and he always finds a way to satisfy us with freshness and efficiency!

02/06/2026: While people elsewhere in France are surprised that we don't speak French, here they make every effort to serve us in Dutch using Google Translate. But that aside. We ate duck. In the Netherlands it is steeply priced in restaurants; here we ate it for €19. One decent piece of meat and perfectly cooked (rare on the inside). We had a delicious meal and the service was super friendly. We only found the bottle of soda expensive (€4.50). We highly recommend this "little eatery"!

Everything has gone up in price and down in quantity… For example, the frog legs as a starter used to be around €15 for a good portion; now there are two choices, one for the starter and one for the main course. The starter is roughly the same price with half the number of frog legs. And the main course has gone up to over €20… and is often overcooked… What a shame

07/03/2026: Unfortunately, since the reopening, the restaurant has deteriorated significantly... Prices have gone up! The meat isn't even seasoned. The waiters are already setting tables for the next day while there are still customers in the restaurant. We wondered if they were going to kick us out... When we told the manager that the food wasn't good, she offered no apology and didn't even mention a price, even though we left our food untouched... The waitress even got angry at us when we said things weren't good! In short, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We really miss the previous owners, who were much nicer.
