31/05/2026: A bit disappointed with the restaurant! It wasn't our first time here, and we were surprised to find we couldn't order a rare steak. It's the first time in a restaurant that we couldn't. Only medium or well-done? And no explanation was given. So either the quality of the meat isn't good enough, or I don't know. Furthermore, you order steak and fries, but the presentation is unappetizing. A measly steak on the plate with a few fries and three wilted lettuce leaves, with no dressing or anything. The salmon with rice was also bland and lacked spices, and the rice was dry. It's a shame, we used to enjoy coming here.

23/07/2026: Fantastic concept, really well executed. Beautiful decor. Delicious food. Friendly, smiling, and energetic staff. A nice little bit of entertainment, as well as the arrival of the "bomb" cocktail, which made the whole experience very immersive. An excellent time for both children and adults.

07/07/2026: Today at noon, we went to lunch. We waited almost an hour and were only served a plate of salad, while people who arrived after us had already finished eating and left. Since the service was extremely slow, we spoke to the owner. He told us that the dishes we had ordered were difficult to prepare, so they had been put off. Frankly, that's ridiculous. What's so difficult about making stir-fried rice noodles? The people who arrived after us had also ordered stir-fried rice noodles. So why were they served before us? And above all, serving customers in the order they order is the most basic rule in a restaurant, isn't it?

24/05/2026: An exceptional evening for a very special birthday! We were at L’Alchémille in Kaysersberg last night to celebrate my husband’s birthday. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by this exceptional place: an elegant and welcoming setting, both modern and respectful of the surrounding nature. The service was simply perfect: friendly, warm, precise, and highly professional. The staff are attentive, discreet when necessary, and always available, with that Alsatian "verbindlich" touch that immediately puts you at ease. As for the food, it’s a true culinary journey. The dishes are meticulously prepared, innovative, and delicate, while beautifully showcasing local produce. You can taste the work of Chef Jérôme Jaegle and his love for nature: a wonderful discovery of new scents and flavors thanks to the remarkable use of aromatic herbs and seasonal ingredients. Each bite is a pleasant surprise, refined and full of creativity, without ever being overdone. We had a magical evening, worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant that truly deserves its reputation. A gastronomic experience that combines elegance, authenticity, and emotion. We will definitely be back!

01/08/2026: Went there for my birthday and the service + food were top-tier. Can say this is the most beautiful restaurant in Paris. A huge thank to staffs especially Christophe (I guess that's his name 😉). He is hilarious and super professional. Can't wait to be back again.

28/06/2026: An absolute hidden gem. A completely underrated gourmet restaurant. It has a somewhat old-fashioned feel, and the owner is initially a bit reserved. Her husband in the kitchen is a brilliant chef. We had lobster and a mixed seafood appetizer: oysters, snails, and crab meat. All this for a price barely higher than at the beach restaurants here.
