05/09/2026: I want to share a particularly unpleasant experience we had at this establishment, which makes you wonder if they might be slightly racist. We came as a couple, and from the moment we arrived, we were met with an extremely cold, unpleasant, and, above all, very aggressive welcome. We were treated very badly, to the point where we immediately wondered what could possibly justify such an attitude towards us. At no point were we simply asked if we wanted to eat in or take away. The service was rushed, with no consideration whatsoever for us as customers. We felt like we were being treated more as people to be wary of than as customers who had come simply to enjoy themselves and have a good time. The payment process was particularly shocking. We were rushed to pay in a way that made us feel as if they were afraid we would leave without paying, as if our presence in the establishment was suspicious. The approach was extremely insistent, aggressive, and uncomfortable. What bothered us most was the overall attitude towards us. We felt hostility, aggression, and a complete lack of respect. We came to a Japanese restaurant, like any other customer, and we certainly didn't expect to be received in this way. This experience deeply disappointed and made us feel very uncomfortable. A restaurant should be a place where you leave wondering why you were treated with such suspicion and aggression. Period. I do not recommend this establishment.

26/08/2026: I ordered two ice creams: both clearly had a broken cold chain (melted and then refrozen), and one of them was supposed to be a Magnum Classic. Instead, for the same price (€3.50), I received a tiny cookie ice cream that I finished in three bites… EDIT: I see in the reply that I paid €4 for a mini donut-shaped ice cream that took three bites, instead of a Magnum Classic—even worse than I thought.

23/08/2026: Nice little beach restaurant, efficient and quick service. We had mussels and fries for €12.50. It's a shame the fries were frozen! Drinks were reasonably priced.

23/08/2026: My partner and I came two nights in a row to have a drink and play a few games. The first night was very good, with a very competent waitress. She overheard us talking about rugby and immediately went to change the TV channel to rugby and served us Rose des Glaces cocktails, which I thoroughly enjoyed for their flavor and refreshing taste, thanks to the abundance of crushed ice. The waitress was impeccable and highly competent. The second evening, Saturday, August 22nd, it wasn't the same waitress, who was rather unpleasant. So I ordered the same cocktail as the night before, but with a different ratio: no crushed ice, just ice cubes, and definitely not too much. For the second order, I asked for the same cocktail again, but with crushed ice. She sighed at first, then complied, adding crushed ice, but again, not too much ice. The bartender was very economical with the ice cubes... Times are tough, but still... Oh yes, I forgot, three drinks maximum. You never know, it might boost the bar's profits for the evening, or we'd be heading for disaster... We still managed to play roulette as we wanted, despite two of the five or six screens being off... Phew, the bar next door was actually in the mood to work...

12/09/2026: We came for lunch and everything was great. The service was warm, attentive, and very pleasant from all the staff. The prices were more than reasonable considering the quality of the meal; it gives a good impression of the city, especially for a first visit. The street is also very charming.

04/09/2026: Hello everyone, what can I say? I came to Arnaud's place two weeks ago, completely unfamiliar with it, thanks to Eva the Gypsy (kisses and thank you!). The place and the people make you feel at ease immediately. The food was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. I'm a non-Gypsy (Gadjo) and I highly recommend it; I'll definitely be back! 👍 Thank you, Arnaud.

03/09/2026: The waiter was incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive. The pizzas were excellent, generous, and flavorful, at a very reasonable price for the quality. A nice bonus: a pleasant decor and very comfortable seats. I highly recommend it!
